We have stayed at Waves Maroochydore many times and it's always been a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The views are fantastic, the location is great being so close to everything.
But best of all we are always made to feel so welcome. The managers, Angela and George, go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are an absolute asset to Waves.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was a lovely place, apartment great. Unfortunately there was a mishap with a broken fridge handle as it snapped off while opening the fridge door as it had suction. As we had put a $500 pre authorisation deposit down we had to pay for the broken handle which cost $484 A bit excessive, for just a handle. It looked like the handle had already been loosened prior to us staying there by previous tenants, however as it happened while we stayed there we thought to do the right thing and report it not knowing it would cost this much. I spoke with the manager prior to this and he did send me an invoice on how much it would cost, but seriously $484 for a handle, however it had to be bought as a kit so the freezer handle was also replaced? Do you think we should have paid for the replacement of the freezer handle also when it wasn't broken? Management could have just charged us for the fridge handle and reimbursed the rest.

Yes, I might need to change my review on booking.com, however nothing wrong with the apartment, maybe just an excessive pre authorisation, and how much it cost to replace a fridge handle? Considering I did look up how much they cost and I did find the same brand (Electrolux) for less cost, so maybe you should have got a few quotes instead of just taking the most easy and expensive quote. I suppose as the pre authorisation was $500 you decided what the heck, so maybe you should have taken the time to get a better quote. After your comment 1/10 for service, Ripped OFF!!

Beautiful apartments and stunning views.
We were travelling through and late to arrive to the property with nothing booked and hoped we might be able to stay. George and Angela not only organised the pent house for us but went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed to ensure we relaxed. Safe to say we didn’t leave the room for two days catching up on some much needed rest and relaxation. Highly recommend the waves apartments you cannot go past the view of the river out to the ocean.

Management were extremely rude and being aggressive and rude when we said we are not happy with the way they are treating us. The old guy with white hair said he was manager but owner of a hotel shouldn’t talk to us in such a rude manner.

An outstanding apartment in the very best location in Maroochydore. Situated right on the Maroochy estuary, it is exceptionally quiet yet you have restaurants, cafés and shopping centres directly across the road. The views from the apartments are the finest in the town with the ever changing vistas of the sand islands emerging or disappearing with the tides. The apartments are stunning and especially the penthouses which have their own private spa on the upper deck. Superbly equipped in every way. The balcony is exceptional. Parking is perfect.

Our grandson, 4 years old, caught his first fish off your jetty.
