Very nice, large, and well appointed three bedroom apartment. The location is very good with easy walking access to both the town centre and the main beach. Although there is a nice lake view from the apartment, there is a very busy street running between the apartments and the lake (road between Merimbula and Pambula), so the idea of sitting outside on the balcony is not that enticing. For location, I would stay more towards the Merimbula sand spit where the road is less busy.

Firstly the name is falsely advertised. These apartments are no means luxury. The carpets have stains which indicate they haven’t been cleaned in a long time! The kitchen utensils are very old. The kitchen utensil draws were very dirty inside. The bathroom fans were so dirty. I can go on but I’m sure you get it. For $1,500.00 for 6 nights not worth it. Also the pool doesn’t have rails which is so dangerous! Overall stay was very disappointing!

We stayed at Luxury Two-Bedroom Apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean and it felt luxurious. It had luxurious finishes including elegant curtains, bed covers and bedside lamps. The kitchen was well equipped. Through the large windows we could see wonderful panorama of the bay. ||||We were a bit surprised to discover that the apartment overlooked a busy road which was well hidden on all the promotional photos (taken from a very low angle on the other side of the bay), however, we didn’t hear much traffic noise, so we didn’t mind it. ||||Each apartment had an allocated parking space. ||||After spending 3 nights in Merimbula we all agreed that the apartment was quite a find, considering its size, décor and wonderful views.

We arrived in Merimbula without any planned accommodation and decided to have a look at Waterview first. The lovely manager, Michelle, took us inside and we were immediately impressed by the expansive views, outstanding condition and amazing size of the apartment. We took it on the spot and so enjoyed the comfort and location that we ate in each of the 3 nights we spent there! ||The beach is less than 200m away and the river right in front, and if you want to eat in town it's no more than a pretty, 10 minute, walk. The road in front gets you to Eden in 20mins yet traffic noise is never an issue. ||It was definitely the best value for money accommodation we had on our entire road trip and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We booked and had a confirmation from the website of this accomodation and then a few weeks later they emailed me to say they would not be honouring the booking. No explanation, just a cancellation. Very poor service.

We booked based on the very misleading photo on their website of the apartments overlooking a tranquil lake. What this devious photo does not show is that these apartments are directly on the main road into Merimbula from the south. The traffic noise is horrendous and you cannot have a door or window open and hear yourself think. Further, directly across the road is a car park for boat trailers (also not visible in the photo) and the complex is near the end of the local airport runway.||These apartments claim to be 4.5 star. They are less than 3. Our bed and pillows were cheap, old and rock hard. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep, which does not lead to a good holiday. The couch matched the bed for comfort, a downlight in the bathroom hung out of the ceiling, a shelf in the fridge was held together with gaffa tape, …. we could go on. ||Luxury accommodation this is NOT. AAA Tourism ratings cannot be trusted.

Group of six adults with a booking of two apartments for the June Long Weekend. ||The Two Bedroom bottom floor apartment was out dated and although comfortable, it was not luxurious like the namesake. The rooms were clean, gardens maintained and noise was minimal. A family with children would enjoy this accommodation due to its proximity to the beach and playgrounds area.

Absolutely great place to stay. Contentious maybe, but close to the airport so get to see close up take-off and landing of smaller aircraft, a plus for me. Spacious, great amenities, (we had a spa), close to everything, only one complaint from me (fussy) - the bed was personally too firm. Partner had no complaints
