We have visited Cairns several times and this is the nicest place we have stayed in. We were with our adult children and were very pleased with our spacious 3-bed apartment with a big balcony and undercover parking. Nicely furnished and plenty of space for everyone. An easy walk to the center of town yet very quiet and just across the street from the waterfront and a brilliant cafe (Muddy's). Lovely swimming pool and very helpful managers. We were particularly impressed and grateful when they went out of their way to contact us and arrange for something left behind to be returned. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect location, especially for families. Walking distance to everything you could want or need in Cairns.
Beautiful furnishings and decor in the apartment with a very well equipped kitchen.
More than just your average starter kit provided with plenty of laundry powder, dish liquid, toilet paper & garbage bags.
Friendly staff and clean facilities. We will be back!

Stayed on the 6th level with fantastic views of the ocean. Superb! Apartment extremely clean, spacious, comfortable & generally pleasant overall. Close but not too close to busier area around the lagoon. Just opposite to the apartment, is Muddy's cafe offering a good selection of meals at reasonable prizes. We highly recommend Water's Edge!!!

Water's Edge is located in a prime spot in Cairns. Having the esplanade across the street was perfect for daily walks and access to the marina with all the restaurants. And having Muddy's Cafe directly across the street was great. ||Our 3 bedroom swim out apartment was spacious for 2 couples. The master bedroom was in the front of the apartment while the other 2 bedrooms were in the rear so makes for some nice private space for each couple. The large outdoor space with access to the swim platform for the pool was amazing. Wish we could have utilized this area more but when we did it was perfect! After a hot day out the pool was a welcome respite. ||You also have a space in the garage for your vehicle at no charge. A perfect spot in Cairns to enjoy your holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in December. Many thanks to managers Tania & Craig for their welcoming, warm and kind hospitality. |The apartment was spacious and well equipped with large rooms, two bathrooms, full personal laundry for all your needs and kitchen with everything you could require. Beautiful large balcony with full dining area. Pools were perfect for our two boys and towels were also supplied. |Location was marvelous, close to the airport and parade of bars and cafes. 20 minute leisurely stroll along the prom to the marina where you can directly book your reef tours. Slightly further for the main supermarket or main shopping mall but reception would help with any taxi bookings required. |I would highly recommend and we very much hope to return some day.

Hotel is beautiful. We booked a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, the rooms were nice and organised on arrival. We had the top floor with the ocean view, the location is amazing due to having a park with a Cafe in front of it. The best part was having 2 swimming pools and having pool noodles to play with and a spa. We loved it so much and would highly recommend.

We’re a family of four who booked a 3 bedroom apartment. Very spacious and well appointed. Had a great view of the pool and glimpses of the beach across the road. Kids loved the pool, parents loved the cafe across the road for morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend staying here. Only slight negative was beds were a little firm for our taste

This is a great place to stay, the rooms are modern, clean and spacious,location is perfect especially with the park, Cafe and splash park straight across the road, staff also friendly and helpful. Would of been an easy 5 stars if not for a few minor things, Not enough block out on the windows so the rooms become very light quite early, also definitely needs a BBQ on the balcony or even a communal one in the pool area. Other than that very happy.
