I'm a regular at this salon, and for a good reason. Apart from great varied treatments they offer, but the customer service by all staff are impeccable. When I had a huge issue with my skin, Christine took onboard with treatments that were gentle and suitable to the condition. The staff are always happy, and strike conversation that they remember you.
I have referred my friends here and they are very happy with this salon!

Utterly Disappointing Service and Appalling Attitude

I am appalled by the treatment I received from this studio. I woke up with COVID-like symptoms and immediately called early in the morning to reschedule my appointment, but my call went straight to voicemail. I made three additional attempts to reach them, each ending with the same voicemail message.

When I finally received a response, I was met with an infuriatingly dismissive and rude attitude from the salon owner, who clearly has no regard for customer care. Not only did she fail to acknowledge my status as a regular customer, but she also informed me that I would be charged 50% of the fee because I didn’t provide 24 hours’ notice. I explained my situation — that I was unwell and simply wanted to reschedule — but she brusquely lectured me about their cancellation policy as if I were oblivious to it and told me that surely I knew about my condition outside of 24 hours.

Her response was not only insensitive but also entirely unrealistic. Apparently, I should have been able to foresee my symptoms well in advance, a demand that borders on the absurd, since I’m not the type of person who makes and breaks appointments on a whim. I’m a reliable and considerate customer who reached out as soon as I realized I was unwell. It’s frustrating that my genuine attempt to reschedule due to unforeseen health issues was met with such disregard. It’s as if the salon thinks it should offer psychic services along with their regular ones.

In the end, she canceled my appointment without charging the fee, but only after instructing me to "find another studio" and not come back! WOW! How utterly nasty and contemptuous.

If you’re seeking a business that genuinely cares about its customers and offers a relaxed, friendly environment, you’d be better off looking elsewhere. Who wants to pay high prices to be treated like an irresponsible school kid? It’s clear that this salon prioritizes profit over fostering genuine and positive client relationships.

While my experience was disheartening, I hope this feedback helps the salon improve its customer service and communication. Constructive criticism can lead to positive changes, and I wish the salon the best in creating a more welcoming and understanding environment for all customers.

Her attention to detail and passion for beauty are evident in every service offered. The salon itself is serene and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind.
