Mixed feelings on this experience. It is a lovely, convenient setting, and the staff were professional. I signed myself and my boyfriend up for the Couples Experience after reading the description on the website. We were not asked about desired, customized pressure, nor did we get the scalp massage as was described (it was a key reason why I selected that package). We even arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for staff to gather information and for us to complete paperwork. If you opt to go here, I recommend being very proactive to ensure you get what you paid up for.

Best massage place me and my partner have ever been to. We got the couples experience and thought it was perfect. Kay and Emily were very pleasant and excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience paid for one hour but got 38 min exactly. It was very rushed and when asked for more firm she was complaining about her arms hurting. Didn't feel welcomed at all time.

Where do I start? This place was amazing from the minute I walked in, I called up before I went there. The lady I spoke to was called Amanda, She was very kind and patient. I decided on a 5 hour day spa. The price seemed really good, I'm not sure on pricing, But I was happy with it after shopping around. They also gave me a discount on top of the original price! 🙂 I had a variety of beauty treatments done (massage,facial,body wrap,body scrub,Mani and Pedi etc). I had most of the beauty treatments already included in the package deal with a bit of custom treatments. I switched some beauty treatments with Moroccan. It smelled amazing, Like coffee an it felt amazing on my skin. They provide everything you need. Robes, Disposable underwear. They even gave me a complimentary lunch which was amazing. It was a mixture of cheese and fruit. I changed the wine to Apple juice, They gave me endless supply of Apple juice during my time there. I felt like a brand new person after spending the day there. I will definitely be back. Unfortunately I can't remember the lady who looked after me. She was lovely, Efficient, Gentle and we had a a really long good conversation with alot of humour. It's exactly what I needed after having a stressful year. The environment is also very lovely with a relaxing outdoor waterfall. I would highly suggest giving this place a go for your next spa visit. You won't be disappointed.

Nice service but the room I was in was so bright and have no curtains. I need to be in my underwear and feel weird getting change while I can see their backyard garden and other hotel windows 🥹

enjoyed the special Christmas package with a friend. It was amazing and very indulgent. The therapists are very attentive and professional. I Highly recommend if you want to relax and escape for a few hours. The treatment area is actually next to a waterfall!! such a lovely spot.

I had the most beautiful facial with Leila yesterday. While my two friends enjoyed a wonderful massage. The relaxing music and waterfalls added to the ambiance.
We were all well looked after by the caring staff with their healing hands. Thank you all.
I highly recommend this establishment.
