Purchased these chicken Wraps for a quick takeaway lunch and they were definitely lacking chicken. For $38 for 2 chicken wraps, I would expect a decent amount of chicken evenly throughout. Service was very good though. I have eaten there previously and the burger was great. I don't mind paying for decent food but not for a lettuce wraps.

Great location overlooking the water.
Ordered the lamb special, grilled barramundi and caesar salad with chicken for 3.
Table service was good.
Then had a stroll in the lovely gardens.
Great place to meet up with friends from Sydney and Newcastle.

Stopped off here on the way into Sydney. Enjoyed the all day big breakfast, which was fantastic. Plate full of fried eggs, mushrooms, sausage, bacon and toast - enough to keep me going for the day! My better half had the pumpkin soup - thick hot and hearty on the cool, wet day we visited.
Friendly staff, restaurant overlooks man made lake and waterfall - hence the name.
Top food - top location that I heartily recommend

Honestly, some of the most vexing staff and attitude I've ever experienced at any café. I'm sure not everyone is there, but it's disheartening because I love the local scenery and frequent the place. It's a lovely place to have a drink and relax after a nice walk. The Waterfall Café is the only place I've ever had this issue with. I hope it's just a few bad coincidences.

It was an absolute hassle just trying to order a cheeseburger. I don't mind getting charged extra since it's on the kid's menu, and they offer no alternative or adult-sized variant, but getting to that point was aggravating. I had my order rejected, tried to order chips instead, and then had my initial order reinstated with a price increase. It might be good to have a cheeseburger for adults on the menu in the future.

The burger was underwhelming and dull in flavour. Next time, I'll try a different burger and update my review if it was just a bad one-off burger.

The chips are perfect. I highly recommend them; some of the best I've had in a while from a café!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but my overall experience here was appalling. I hope to update this in the future with a more positive review.

I had a lovely brunch bacon and egg roll there yesterday. The coffee was very nice. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. When my friend ordered she asked for barbecue sauce and I don’t like barbecue sauce. One of the ladies saw me scraping the sauce off and brought me a new top for my roll. I was impressed
The nearby tourers were very clean.

Nice atmosphere with waterfalls and ducks.

Food was okay. The ravioli is surprisingly good but the burger with the lot wasn’t nice. They mix the beef mince with pork mince and onions which taste kinda weird and were overcooked.The burger bun has sweet onions and beetroot and the salad veg was bitter. All combined taste weird.

Lovely place but would not recommend the burger.

Beautiful view near the lake. Good food and good service.
We have been there for both breakfast and lunch. Generous portions.
