Absolutely atrocious customer service. The woman working there was rude, abrasive and rolled her eyes at a custome. She spoke down to her because she wasn't sure their pool at their new house and had come in for help and advice.

I would avoid this place like the plague if you can.

Warner pool care have been supporting the servicing, maintenance and repair of our pool for over 5 years
They provide great service at a reasonable price and have a really good text notification process to let us know when they are coming.

Been dealing with these guys for 5 years now, always satisfied with the service and support. Price is fair for both products and services. I have used warner pool and spa care business for numerous water tests, pool cleaner repairs , pool pump repair , pool service, products , best experience when they identified high phosphates and got rid of algea that kept on coming back.

These guys are absalutely outstanding when it comes to looking after there costumers. We bought a new swim spa through Mike Sullivan and had it delivered yesterday. The spa turned up right on time and in immaculate conditon. We could not be happier with our new spa and the amazing service we received from Warner spa care 😁
