Womberal cottage is the place to go if you like the beach and landscaping. The pool is good but not amazing, but has a good kitchen set up and good for large groups . There is a lovely dog and laundry person. Unfortunately our room had no lock on the toilet door .

I wouldn't recommend staying at this place, it's really run down and the rooms were dirty with ants, dog hair , the sheets smelt like they haven't been cleaned in a long time, the stove and dishwasher were not working and the sugar and coffee that they supplied in kitchen were 7years out of date. This place is not what the pictures on trip advisor look like either, they had a blackout when we went there and didn't have backup generators so we had to leave. Although the owner was nice

From the moment we arrived it was a disaster. The rooms had ants, the beds super uncomfortable. The bathroom was so tiny you could barely move. There's spider webbs everywhere you walk. The owners live in one of the apartments attached to the rest. The outdoor area with the pool and a kitchen is the only good thing going for the place.

Cockroach infested and falling apart. Roofs leaking and mould on ceilings. Worst stay in an long time. Spoke to the owner about how bad the maintenance was and he acknowledged the issues. Left a review but it somehow went missing.

Recently stayed here with a group of mates. Steve the owner and his wife were very humble hosts, even sharing the tomato sauce off their table when we forgot to bring ours and helping us recover some lost items. Thanks again mate and keep doing what you're doing

Stayed at Wamberal Cottage for 5 days with friends. A great place to relax. There is a fantastic area outside by the pool to sit in the sun and read, chat and barbecue. A group of 5 couples who all have private rooms with ensuite and a rec room to gather and cook meals together. Spent time at the shops, beach and eating at local restaurants.

Great place for a big group. We just celebrated a hens weekend here and it was perfect for what we needed. Steve was very accommodating and helpful.

Lovely house with a very nice owner. Loved the garden and their outside BBQ area with a pool. Had a great time with friends.
