Room sizes are fantastic, and if it was cleaner on arrival, I would have given another two stars.

Dishes, pots, pans had not been cleaned properly, with food still on them. Black mold around windows and walls. Hair and fluff on bathroom floor.

Other than that, the rooms were exceptionally quiet, considering the location.

Would recommend to others.

Great place to stay! I loved the clam and quite environment with wild birds visiting! There is a bus stop right beside which can be used to go anywhere and specially at waitara station. The station is also a 12 min walking distance. Recommend for staying!
