Room was spacious and comfortable, service was brilliant and the food was amazing. We were only supposed to be one night but ended up staying 6 due to flooding where we were heading. Bob was amazing and really looked after us. The rooms were pet friendly as well which was a bonus.

Really great value and very friendly helpful owner and staff. Room was clean and well appointed. Excellent value for money for anyone on a budget that wants a clean, quite place to stay. Other reviews say great meals too, we didn't eat, but next time I definitely would. 🙂

In terms of a feed - fantastic. Great food, good staff, good location.

In terms of accommodation, however? Certainly not the best that Cloncurry has to offer. Then again, there are not a huge amount of options.

The rooms ARE clean and well conditioned, but they are sub par in terms of being up to date. Patchwork paint, dodgy kitchenettes and bathroom areas, etc.

Shower quality is great though and the beds are comfy.

Some of the best steak I've had in the country. Chefs can cook and management is absolutely fantastic 👏
Lovely historic story to the place also.
We prefer to stay and eat here whilst working in the curry.
Wayne and Andrea are lovely folk to deal with.
Haven't had a bad meal there yet. Good size value for money 💰
