Saturday morning was really busy. Service was a bit slow. Tables were not cleaned, so we helped them with cleaning up the tables in order for us to use it.

Staff were friendly and they were very apologetic. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food, with the chef coming to serve us our food. The food was good. If they could speed up their service, this would be a five star review.

I ate here end of May on a quick trip from Brisbane, plenty of choice and lovely service. A trifle difficult with language barrier but not so much we didn't get what we ordered and good quality.
More importantly I remembered they did flowers and even from Brisbane I cannot rate this service highly enough, easy to order, delivered on time and the flowers were stunning definitely 5 stars, will be using again

Food is okay but not consistent. However service is consistently terrible.

Frankly we only come here because there is nothing else around. Last week i ordered breakfast and coffee for 3, didn’t get any napkins. When I reminded the staff that I had ordered brekky for 3 and didn’t get any napkins, I was given one flimsy sheet of napkin. Further explaining we had 3 people to eat and clean, I was given another sheet. Freaking give 3 napkins already? And oh each time you ask for something, the staff has rolls their eyes and gets that that look of annoyance on their faces. Clearly they don’t enjoy their job.. and yes asking customers whether they paid or not (although each time charging upfront) is something that is consistent here.

Average coffee, rip off price. Already over priced coffee, soy charges extra 80cents. A plain croissant is $7.00. Easily $20 if you get sandwich + coffee

Owner didn't print the slip and forgot my order, she kept asking "Did you pay?!" "How much did you pay?!" I had to bring up my banking app to show her the debit to prove that I paid $8.50 for two coffees before she believed me. She even had the audacity to talk about me in Korean with the other staff. Anyways, by then we already waited 20 mins, my 14 months old son is upset and overall it was a really embarrassing experience. Will avoid this place like plague from now on.
