Stayed at the W recently for an anniversary weekend away. We wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. I have to say we weren't disappointed at all.

The check in experience was great and the staff were accommodating to an early check in which was great.

The hotel facilities are premium and whilst not the hotel has a more modern feel as opposed to classic 5 star hotel, everything was of a really high standard with lots of attention to details.

Lastly the 12 pm check out as standard was amazing. Just what was needed to thoroughly relax and enjoy the weekend.

I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely on the more expensive side of things but you definitely get what you pay for. We will absolutely be coming back again in the future.

Cannot rate this entire experience highly enough. Had a fabulous time at W Brisbane. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the service was impeccable. Staff were friendly, attentive to our needs, and extremely approachable. We had a lovely partial river view room on the 30th floor, with views that showcased the state library, etc. We were able to check in an hour early which was lovely. The room was spacious and had a quirky feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Room had a free-standing bath and a separate shower with a dual shower head. I was able to get extra pillows and earplugs through the Whatever / Whenever service, and these were promptly brought to the room. In-room dining meals were a bit pricey, however, the food was fantastic and always arrived hot and fresh. The hotel amenities were excellent. The pool area was very fun and the decor was amazing. We were able to sit and watch the city go by at night without it ever feeling too busy. The mineral pool and sauna areas are a great inclusion as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and genuinely can not fault it. We will definitely return again.

Dining was a highlight—every meal was exceptional, with creative flavours and top-quality ingredients. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Brisbane.

Every detail, from the artful design to the little luxuries, made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate in comfort and sophistication, W Brisbane is the place to be. Can’t wait to return!

Brisbane itself is exceptional. Absolutely loved exploring the city, river, parks and historical sites.

We had a child free night at the W Hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. From the valet parking ( who did their best driving our import ) to the concierge, to the staff working on the wet deck and bar, it was absolutely lovely experience. The buffet breakfast was well worth the money. The room was lovely and was roomy, the bath was luxurious and deep. Absolutely would recommend.

Was a highlight during my Australia trip. The W "quirkiness" works well here and shouldn't be a concern for people that are mixed on the brand. Front desk service was pleasant and offered elite benefits + upgrade at check in. The rooms are nice, as expected, but the bathtub stole the show. Finally a hotel that has a long, deep tub- you can fully relax in this tub. Welcome cocktail kit in the room was a nice touch and the wet deck was better than other W's i have visited. The hotel and location doesn't feel overly "tourist" but is still very walkable and easy to get to public transit/ nightlife.

The W Brisbane was incredible. We stopped in Brisbane for 3 days on our honeymoon - Marjorie did everything above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The location was central to all the stops we wanted to make. The breakfast was so good as well - we looked forward to it each day of our stay. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Brisbane!

I recently stayed at the W Hotel in Brisbane, and it was an outstanding experience! Check-in was incredibly efficient—within minutes, we were all set and ready to enjoy our stay. This smooth process made everything so much easier after a long journey. I also want to give special recognition to the night manager, Ray, whose service was exceptional. He was warm, friendly, and attentive, answering all our questions and even offering great recommendations for local spots to visit and dine. The hotel itself is chic and stylish, with top-notch facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully modern. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Brisbane!
