Great stay at this hotel. Good early check in. Room was a good size for 2 with very comfortable beds. The bath was a nice treat as been missing one on our visit. Public areas modern and spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Perfect location too and reasonable priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return

Fantastic stay! From the moment of walking into the hotel we had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at check in, the food and drinks from Social House were great value for money and the VIEW from our room was spectacular 😍

I cannot rate this place higher. I have stayed here now twice and have been met with great hospitality and beautiful rooms. Upon check in we were met with one of the most best receptionists George who went above and beyond for us - with check in, check out and accommodating my friends birthday. The overall amenities of this hotel were amazing. I will be definitely staying here again !

Good location, clean rooms… quiet…
Two pools, nice buffet breakfast!
Slightly disappointed in the bathroom with old bathtub and shower, some room service, no balcony…. Would be nice if some bathrooms would be renovated ….
But overall… would I stay here again?
Why not….
Wish I could give more stars…

My stay at Voco Gold Coast was very pleasing. The staff were friendly and attentive, quickly addressing all my needs. The hotel offers great value for money, and I loved my room, especially the stunning view. Its location is perfect, with easy access to the amazing spots in Gold Coast. The room was well-equipped, almost like having everything I needed at hand. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We stayed here for my partners birthday and voco made a special effort to help us celebrate.

We loved the corner room with an amazing view! Hotel is in a great location right near the tram stop and many food options.

Sara at reception made our check in and check out seamless, thank you for helping us celebrate!

I stayed voco hotel last a few days and my daughter left her new rose gold necklace at her room so I wanted them to find it before they clean the room. I have to catch the airplane so I could not go to find it myself. However they want me to wait until they get the lost item. I am really disappointed their service. They could try to find it for their customer but I think they did not try to help. Finally, they did not receive any lost item and vacuum cleaner might sucked in it. If they had spent for 5 minutes to look for the necklace for their customer, they would have found it. I am so disappointed on their service and felt so sad.

Stayed here for 1 night in a king superior and was told this because it was renovated . As the room was clean and tidy , i wouldn't go as far as saying its a superior room . It's really just a room with a king bed and a seaview. It only has complimentary water x2 bottles and tea , coffee and tiny milk capsules. I'd expect for what we paid for the night to have complimentary wine or at least a mini bar , robe , slippers . Booking over the phone is quite tricky and hard to understand the staff on the other end . Front desk staff were good. Breakfast is a buffet style with what I thought is a decent variety of foods and drinks . Would I stay again here perhaps not as for the cost could probably get a room with an uninterrupted sea view and a balcony .
