I would have preferred a walk in shower instead of having to stand in a bath tub, the screen was not good enough to stop water from getting all over the floor.

The staff were fantastic, special thanks to Indy who was the receptionist who greeted and booked us inn her customer service was amazing, I would also like to acknowledge Harsi would greeted us for breakfast every day once again customer service fantastic, the omelet chef excellent service and happy to please. These 3 people made our stay so enjoyable we will definitely be back

I was very jet lagged by the time I arrived at the hotel, but checking in was efficient and when I stepped into my room I was absolutely thrilled! I had a view of the river which a night particularly came to life. To top it off, not long after my check in I got a knock and the door and was presented with a plate of sweet treats. Such a wonderful welcome.

The location is great with easy walking to the South Bank and city centre and it’s a short taxi ride to the airport.

I highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

We had and superb time at this hotel.

Jeah greeted us with an amazing warm welcome, very professional knowledgeable courteous. This hotel is modern contempory and comfortable. The view of Brisbane CBD and river from our room was Excellent! Breakfast was another enjoyable experience with lots of variety, spoilt for choice. The staff again were brilliant, Harshi greated us warmly every morning and saw to all our needs with a smile. Chef Balla prepared our omlettes to perfection.

Indi truley supported us with her indepth knowledge of Brisbane, from things to do, orientation, transport, dining, shopping and life in Brisi.

A sincere thank you to all the staff who made our stay at VOCO very special, enjoyable and stressfree.

For sure we will certainly be coming back!

Great location and rooms. The restaurant of an evening let's the hotel down. The service is poor but the food was good. Morning smorgasbord was excellent. Plenty of good restaurants around so use them. Good stay and good price.

Staff at hotel is fantastic. My room was quite nice with king bed and the excellent IHG linens and pillows. Refrigerator in room. Bath has large shower with excellent shower heads and water pressure. The only flaw ( BIG ONE ) is with Zuma restaurant. My order was not presented after 1
hour of waiting, and patron beside me was served the wrong order. Twice. I gave up and left.

Stayed at the hotel in October and had a great time. Room view across the River amazing and very comfortable. The reception staff were very professional and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were lovely too. Harshi and Carolina were very professional and welcoming to us at breakfast and we always enjoyed this time with them. If we ever visit Brisbane again this will be the hotel we will come back to.

Wish i was writing a different review as all the staff went above and beyond what was expected as we were celebrating a very special milestone for myself and my wife.The buffet breakfast was up there with the best.
Now the not so nice part of our stay. Our room was what I would call one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting, dirt film in the bathtub, hairs also in the bathtub which are definitely not ours. Dirty bed sheets, oily stains on the dining table. To have our special day ruined by this is to say the least is disappointing. We will be taking this up with management
