Vitality Lab Myotherapy sessions have definitely got me out of pain numerous times, but more importantly, John has used his diverse skills and taken the time to really explore what is getting me there in the first place so we can work on keeping me out of pain and letting me be as active as I want without first having to think "will that hurt?" before I move.
