Great location. For the price i paid to stay for 20 days that was discusting. They just send you confusing photos on how to access keys and carpark and your to figure it all out because there's no front desk. Lifts are confusing as no one is there to greet you and show you how everything works. The floors/ levels stink of old cooking and rubbish, smells like an alley way. The rooms are dirty , floors filthy, I don't think the bedding had been washed, shower was filthy had this grime coming off of the floor when you showered and the smell coming from the drains was putrid. If your property is getting managed through this current management id be worried, they are not looking after your asset.

Hard to book in especially when no front desk or phone number disconnected on webpage !
Strong cooking smells from rooms on penthouse floor . Room big with basic furniture. Couch feels like it's from road side collection as dips in middle . .. bed comfy enough . There is a cat burglar that visits .. very cute and fluffy .. place clean but overhead fan in bathroom sounds like a washing machine . Great location 10 min walk to Rundle mall , 10 min walk to central markets .

To be honest, I booked a room here then read the reviews and freaked out. I travel frequently for business and this apartment is absolutely fine! |We had late meetings so my arrival was after 9pm, they emailed, text and called me to make sure instructions were clear. |The room was a penthouse studio that smelled lovely upon entry, was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was fine, and there were all amenities needed. Bedding was reasonably comfortable. Pillows were nice and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. |The only thing I would suggest is to get a full size ironing board and fix the description on booking.com about a gym. On the booking page there is detail and photos about access to an offsite gym, then in the room the literature simply says no gym available. |The glass door was cracked but still usable, and toilet had a slight sewerage smell. But that's me being picky! |Overall really happy with the stay.

Worse hotel I have ever been in it! We found someone inside our apartment without knocking the door! We found out that we took the wrong key! We called the manager and he was absolutely ridiculous! He was screaming and arguing without giving solutions! No customer service, the key was without name! He refused to give us his name as we asked to call the police he just said Im the manager! The smells inside the hotel was really bad! We did the checkout one day earlier as it was absolutely ridiculous!

Cleanliness isn't up to scratch, especially for the price. Neither are the furnishings or air conditioning. Check in, keys and lifts are confusing. Rooms don't lock as expected. Worst of all we got trapped on our 14th floor balcony in the middle of the night due to a faulty lock on the sliding door. We had to call the police to rescue us and found out it wasn't the first time that this has happened. The place is in a good location and the view was nice, but it really isn't recommended.

I will definitely not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The organisation I work for frequently have staff staying in Adelaide. I recently stayed while attending a meeting and training. We arrived late during to flight schedules from remote area. Instructions for entry was fine but from there it went downhill. There was no tea towel provided, part roll of toilet paper with no spare, one sachet of white sugar, no mattress protector on the beds, no hairdryer, it looked like someone had power chucked in the bathroom where there were splatters on the tiles. |I find it ridiculous that office hours are 9am to 5pm as we were out before this and back after which made it difficult to rectify the issues. And when we did call no one answered the phone. Also one working elevator to service 15 floors. Depending on time the waits were quite long. The hall also were unbearably hot while waiting. Not welcoming when reading the instructions the no shoe no youth policy seemed very extreme. You are expected to leave shoes at the door and where provided scuff slippers|All in all just disgusted.|

Though the location is quite convenient, we did not have a pleasant stay here. The apartment was basic with pots and pans that appears to be falling apart. There is minimum kitchen appliances that is available for use, let alone having a kitchen that is equipped with any of the seasonings, etc. We stayed at a penthouse unit but with this entire building being rented out as service apartment, there are quite a fair mix of people going in and out of the apartment. When we were there for a couple of days in Dec 2018, we ran into a group of black visitors who were roaming around the different levels of the apartment and creating ruckus throughout the entire night. It definitely doesn't feel safe with them drinking and creating ruckus around.

Our stay was not good. The room wasn't up to scratch in terms of cleanliness: not horrific, but poor for the price. Same goes for furnishings and air conditioning. The room smelled of cheap cleaning chemicals and the hallways just stank. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. The set up with parking, keys and lifts is confusing and unprofessional. The room door didn't lock as you'd expect and we went out not realising anyone could have just walked in. There wasn't even a fire escape map in the room that we could see.
Worst of all, we sat out on the balcony on the 14th floor at about midnight. Somehow a fault with the door caused it to lock behind us. We were stuck on a tiny balcony, very high up with no way back inside, no water, no warm clothes and just a phone with low battery to try to get help. There was nobody at reception and no way we could find the emergency after hours number (it was recorded on an information sheet inside the room). We had to call the police. They were able to get inside with the help of other people in the building, who reported the same thing had happened previously with balcony doors in the building. On the upside (!) the non-locking front door to the room meant the police could just walk in and save us. When we finally got back inside we checked our room key with the lock on the balcony door: it wasn't a match anyway.
On the plus side, the view from the room was lovely and the place was conveniently located for the things we were doing in Adelaide. But neither of those things is enough to make this a decent or safe place to stay.
