The rooms are nice and roomy. The staff are friendly. Noticed that blinds are very hard to roll up and down. Sliding door don't lock properly so they provided wooden sticks to help with that. Great location near all the shops. Underground parking is also good. Aircon in every room is great too.

We stayed for 5 nights as a 3 generational family on holiday. Vision Cairns apartments were a great place to stay. The two bedded apartment was spacious and very well equipped and we were given a ground floor apartment right next to the pool which was ideal for our two year old granddaughter.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would thoroughly recommend staying here as we could walk everywhere we needed to go. And the journey to the airport only took 10 minutes.
The only criticism I have is that hoovering the rooms wasn’t part of the cleaning package so the living room floor became quite dirty with a toddler.

Lovely spacious and very clean apartment with everything you would need. Great location. Good gym. Fiona at the front desk was so lovely and helped with our days out when weather changed. Would definitely recommend.

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our two families. Location is great for all tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. Service/front desk was great. Highly recommend. The only disappointment was the weather! It poured buckets!!!!

We are repeat customers to this fabulous accommodation and for good reason. ||Great location plus ocean views from balconies AND the pool. Spacious, luxurious self contained apartments with everything a family could need! The apartments are always clean upon arrival. ||Service desk is great and we have always had wonderful tour advice. We really appreciate the time taken to provide advice and book tours and to check weather lines up for relevant tours. Thank you to the front desk staff. We always have a great time and really appreciate your warmth and professionalism. ||Unfortunately on our most recent stay housekeeping standards had dropped. Full bins were not always emptied and bin bags weren’t left so we could do it ourselves. Laundry detergent wasn’t always replaced either which was bothersome re managing family laundry especially on days when we were out on tours during service desk opening hours and couldn’t launder our pool towels or any necessary clothing items ready for the next day. And previously we’ve never had to run a vacuum cleaner around or had bathroom sinks and toilets develop a build up of scum as the stay progressed. We cleaned as best we could without cleaning products. Hopefully housekeeping returns to the previous standard. These are small things though and what is important is that the apartment was spotless on arrival. ||Overall we would still return and highly recommend staying here. Thank you to service desk staff for all of your assistance, especially with tours.

We were so happy with our stay at Vision Apartments in Cairns. The apartments were super spacious and sparkling clean. The receipt staff were lovely. It was so quiet which was great when were taking our young children back for midday naps. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Good location with view over the harbour. But this is it a 4 star hotel. More 2,5-3 stars. The standard of the rooms were disappointing and furniture, curtains, carpets were all really old. The aircon was smelling like mold. This is not 4 star standard.
