I've been to this cafe a few times and is certainly a favourite of mine. The staff are super friendly and always happy to answer any questions you may have. I asked for a recommendation between the French toast and the hotcakes and they recommended the hot cakes.

When i tell you these hotcakes were the best I've ever had I mean it. There's a perfect balance between the salted caramel butter and the fruits on top. It'll leave you dreaming about it for days ( believe me I'm telling you from experience haha). The day they stop making these hotcakes will be a sad one for sure.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. It's perfect for a quick bite or a sweet treat and you'll be treated like royalty.

Absolutely love this place!
The team here always goes above and beyond to ensure the service is exceptional. We especially love the truffle menu. This has truly become our go-to spot. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed and seated straight away. Service was nice, very lovely staff, very accommodating to any issues.

We ordered the Yuzu eggs bennie and creamy mushroom schnitzel with 2 drinks. Food looked and tastes amazing!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice brunch or breakfast!

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a shopping centre — Vine and Grind is such a standout. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous, and everything was packed with flavour. You can tell they care about both quality and creativity. Perfect spot to relax with great coffee and seriously good food. A total game-changer for Westfield Liverpool dining!

I am from New Zealand and I visit family in Liverpool regularly. This is my go-to place for breakfast and coffee. This will be my 9th visit in the last 12 months and boy, each time they have exceeded expectations. This could be best in Australia. Don’t miss it.

Food was decent but wasn't too filling compared to its price. There was a queue to be seated but they will call you when there's a seat available, so you can go elsewhere while waiting in queue. And then the seats that were available were in open space so there was not much privacy. Nice place to have breakfast/lunch. But I'm not sure if I would recommend for a first date and something. Overall satisfied and happy with service

Ordered a cappuccino in a mug, and the young kid at the counter asked me "large or small?"
She then pointed to two cups on the counter. One was a normal cup the other was a mug, I pointed this out, and she sneered at me.
The scrambled eggs on toast took 15 minutes to come out, but then my daughter had already finished her acai dessert.
Some staff were friendly, some others not so nice.
Coffee was average, nothing special.
They would do better with some customer service training.
