Banh Mi was really good - brings back memories of enjoying Saigon’s street food, so it’s a 4 star for food.
Service was previously 1 star, but improved lately, so I’ll change it to 3 star. Previously, when I ordered multiple items, the staff's body language made me feel like she wants me out quick as I was inconveniencing them just by making more purchases. Peculiar!
Now, they are much more friendlier.
Atmosphere was basic as it’s only for takeaway, so it’s a 2 Star.
I’ll be back for the delicious Banh Mi and blueberry almond tart, and pleased to see service has improved.

$8.40 for a meat pie. It was eatable. However, Pie Face at the servo was cheaper and better. I won’t be buying here again.

Always discourteous ,Bad tempered Staff. Maybe the Small ,Young one does Not like the Early Morning?..Why do I keep coming back to this place that has Bad attitude? MAYBE it's the Over priced Pies that could be

6.90 for sausage roll and 1 sauce it's way overpriced consider what it is. Stuff there looks weird too feeling like a stranger there. Good pies tho but overpriced.

I wish I read these reviews before I went and I would have opted for some fresh Vietnamese comfort food instead of pasties! Oh well, I'll have to go again! Great range of your typical Australian bakery items.

So...I have to admit up front that I only go here for one reason. They sell Vili's pies. The steak and pepper pie is the best pie in Australia. I know many will disagree but for me, it's got the right amount of everything. Not too much pastry and not too much meat. The pastry is the best. I'll also say that you gotta get there before 10am as a pie sitting there for any longer loses its appeal. The atmosphere isn't great, they're not trying to be great, they're just doing what they do and I've never waited more than 30 seconds to be served so I appreciate that. So while I can't speak to the other things reviewers have complained about, this dingy cafe has the best pies on the planet so it gets five stars for that reason alone. They're not trying to be your best friend, they're not offering 5 star dining. They work hard from before the sun comes up and I appreciate them being open when I drive by. It's all transactional for me...I overlook everything else, hand them my money, get my pie and get out. Bloody yum.

Expensive i got an iced chocolate asked them to make it a bit thicker with extra ice got charged $2 more for ice it was tasteless waste of $10 so expensive for a drink
