This was a cozy little, older style, hotel. The staff are really amazing here.
Some facilities, such as the room showers and outdoor hot tub, could do with an update for cleanliness purposes.
Sauna was wonderful to have available and they kept facilities open late for us.
The beds and pillows were SO comfortable.
Restaurant is lovely and wait staff are all lovely.
Overall it had a great vibe and was great value, I'd definitely come back.

Incredible views of the Brisbane river and beyond. Lovely hotel with decor that is getting a little dated now, but it's clean. The price is good so it's worth it. Only about 10 minutes to the airport so it suited us well.
We got the 50 cent ferry into the city which was awesome. But be aware it's a 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal and it gets very hot.

Giving overall 4-5 starts for this hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Reception staff were friendly. Parking available at an extra cost. Good location, right across the road from the Brisbane river and walking distance to a pub for dinner. Pool was lovely. Deposit was returned back into account instantaneous after check out. Would stay again if they keep the rooms affordable.

All the staff were courteous and helpful. Clean room. Very nice shower with great pressure. Had a great view of the river.||Breakfast was good. Assortment of breads, fruits, meat and can get cooked to order eggs if desired.||Famous and fabulous place to eat nearby called the. Breakfast Creek Hotel.||For public transportation, the location is not great. 30 minute walk to ferry terminal (Brett’s Wharf). Easy to Uber from but if you desire public transport you need a hotel in the city.||We enjoyed our stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel recently.
The hotel is beautifully presented. The facilities are great. The dining options are great and delicious.
Even the beds were amazing. Easy to access parking. Safe underground parking. Rooms were clean and well presented. Bathrooms clean
Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Fancy five star feel at a good price. Timeless and classic decor. Great at weddings. Poolside canapes and live music were a hit with our wedding guests in 2004. The hotel hasn't really changed much since then. Rooms have a slightly fresh facelift. Nice clean bathrooms. Fresh crisp linen. Perhaps one thing that could be improved on is the staff friendliness and knowledge (a few mistakes made regarding parking and breakfast charges).

Great hotel if in transit to another destination. The rooms are tired, bed comfy and great view of Brisbane River and city skyline. Beds are comfy, reception staff warm and eager to assist. Location Uber ride to CBD and 20 min walk to Restaurants in Racecourse Road. ||It’s a place to stay for convenience but I wouldn’t base myself here for a weeks holiday to difficult to get to public transport.

So, there was a tiny hiccup at the start, but the staff was super cool about it and helped us out. Now, let me tell you, this hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were super comfy and cozy, and the decor had a bit of a vintage charm. It was like stepping into a charming English beachside bed and breakfast. And oh my gosh, the breakfast was incredible! They had a great selection of food, and everything was fresh, warm, and delicious.

Car parking was easy with plenty of spaces.
