I had an appointment today with Talisa. I have to say it was the BEST treatment I have had! She was absolutely amazing from showing me the pool and sauna area, to giving me the rainforest treatment with scrub, massage and foot treatment. So professional, courteous and absolutely amazing at what she does. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience, my mum and myself had facials, the therapists were lovely, skin felt great afterwards and the massages during the facial were such a treat. Of all the spas on the coast they are by far the best and wish I had tried them sooner, highly recommend vie spa!

A lovely, calming space to be pampered. The zen lounge on arrival is comfy with tea or water on offer, the outdoor space looked inviting on a warmer day. My treatment was amazing! I had the body scrub, Vichy shower, facial and leg & foot massage and it was all heavenly. Erna made me feel comfortable and was magical at what she does, I left feeling relaxed. The iKou products are beautiful too. Will be back again and again.

Horrible service and illegal operations - we bought a massage gift voucher for my dad for Father’s Day. When he went to redeem 7 months later, they told him it expired after only 3 months and would not allow him to use the money towards any other service. This is completely illegal to expire a voucher less than 3 years. Would never recommend this place - staff have been very rude to deal with.

I’m so disappointed as I have previously been before and recommended it but now I’m shocked at how this was handled.

Wonderful experience, felt relaxed the minute I walked in, and even more so walking out!
I went with my best friend and we got to be in the room together having our massages at the same time which was lovely 😉 I’ll visit again

I attended this place on the whim. They were fully booked however managed to slot me in for a 30min facial. They receptionists were incredibly welcoming and very friendly. I’ve never had a facial before and was treated by Erna who was delivered an excellent service which made me wish it was longer. I will definitely be back. Thanks Erna! I would highly recommended.

I wish I could review the spa itself, but unfortunately I never had the chance. I received a phone call about 40 mins before my appointment was scheduled to start, advising me that they were cancelling due to not having enough staff. I'm only at the resort for 1 night, so the offer of rescheduling to a future date was not an option.

I was checking into the resort later that afternoon, but was arriving early for this massage. Instead, I got to wait around for a few hours until my room was available for check in.

I was told to expect a call next week from the manager to discuss the $100 deposit I've already paid. Hopefully they can offer some recourse.

EDIT: Downgrading from 2 to 1 star after getting a generic email instead of the promised phone call.
