Staying at the Pullman International for a Conference and decided to take the opportunity to spoil myself and book a facial. From the moment I entered the reception area I felt welcomed, spoilt and relaxed. Escorted through to the change rooms and given a luxe robe and massage Sandles, I then waited in the beautiful pre-spa lounge. Day beds, candles, sheer curtains…. Just divine. The facial bed was the most comfortable day-spa bed I’ve had the privilege of laying on. Lexi did my facial. It was like no other. I felt as though I was floating on a cloud for an hour! I now feel relaxed, hydrated, plump and glowy! What a beautiful experience. Thank you Lexi. X

Lovely spa with a great vibe. My masseuse (Megan) was great and I had a very relaxing time. Complimentary berry tea and lemon sorbet in the Sanctuary afterwards was a definite bonus!

This was my first visit to Vie Spa Cairns. The facility is very clean with a tranquil setting. The staff were professional and attentive. I had the ORGANIC POLISH, BUFF OR SCRUB + NATIVE BACK MASSAGE . I don't think I have ever felt so relaxed! I enjoyed the entire experience and will definately return for another treatment. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. ?

Massage by Lexi was amazing. After spending time on many tours snorkelling, my neck and shoulders were tight. She quickly manipulated and released the tension. Great relaxing spa with attentive and service. Thank you ladies

Massage itself was absolutely amazing, 5 stars. Staff, super friendly. Venue itself clean and professional. However the facial was average and the pedicure/manicure was horrific.. It was painful and there were gaps everywhere and smudged all over my skin... I had to remove it just to reapply myself. Having said that they did apologise as they admitted that the person who applied it was a beginner and offered another session with someone more experienced. But I feel for a $480 experience you would expect it to be perfect...

Me and my wife booked for 2 and half hrs package at VIE Spa.. and Service is so bad as they use oil is so allergic as I realised later going to my hotel room.. I was sneezing all the way to my hotel .. as there was no shower as they told due to Covid-19 rules.. Massage was like just touching the skin and as I requested to apply more pressure 3 times.. not satisfied with service. My neck & shoulders was miss handled in bad way.. I felt the lady didn't have enough job experience and they put me on trail.. Its just a waste of money.. I'm in Brisbane now and still has the body pain and have side effects on my neck and shoulders.. can't lift my neck sideways properly.. Massage table is not good for huge body and hand was just hanging side ways. That created problem in my neck, biceps and shoulders.. I will never recommend this Spa to anyone..
