While we tried to make the best of our time, our experience was negatively affected by the unprofessional conduct of the staff on duty. As first-time visitors, we explained that we were unfamiliar with how to play and kindly asked for instructions. Unfortunately, the young staff members laughed at our confusion instead of offering assistance.

We were not provided basic materials like a scorecard or pen, which other groups had received, and there were no clear signs or instructions to follow. We had to observe others to understand how to play and keep score, which made the experience feel unwelcoming and poorly managed.

Due to this disappointing level of service, we do not plan to return and will be making sure to let our community know of our experience here.

I had the pleasure of being able to have my wedding at Victoria park a month ago. It exceeded expectations. Right from the get go I had amazing communication from the wedding team at Victoria park, fast replies and being able to give me in depth information. I was out so at ease, they took care of most of the hard work for me and brought my vision to life. I’m so grateful for the amazing staff prior to the wedding and even more the staff on my wedding night! They were a ball of fun and looked after us so well. I didn’t even have to put in my drink order as soon as he saw me coming it was made up every time. The golf buggy was such a fun ride and the 2 drivers made it such a fun experience going off to our photos. The food was incredible. It was such a stress free, amazing time.

Hands-down the best putt putt course I have ever been to. Staff are lovely and the grounds were immaculate. All 18 holes are unique in their own right and had 3 different types of difficulties. This is a great place to bring any ages. They also have a QR code that let you keep scores on your phone and order drinks from there as well. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I came for mini golf with my little sister once last year during the Christmas theme. After we arrived, we were treated with horrible customer service. Her tone was very harsh and she sounds like she doesn’t even want to be there or serve us. In customer service, you want to make customers feel welcome by showing friendliness. The lady offered nothing. Please learn to speak nicer.
I came for the range as well recently and the prices have increased so much that I will no longer be coming back. There is also a $100 minimum top up that makes it worse. $29.50 for a large bucket is insane. There are other places that offers around $20-$22. The bays are also always full and you would have to wait for ages til someone finishes. That part I understand because it’s hard to control how busy it is. Maybe there should be a booking system rather than walk-ins. Other than that, I was served by the same lady again, and her tone was still rude. I thought that day she could probably been having a bad day or whatever. But no, she is just like that. It sounds very unpleasant to hear.

Great open spaces for just going for a walk

Today there was a little event for Good Friday, Easter hunt activities for the kids. Good initiative but the event could have been better.

This is a spectacular venue both in the day or night for an event or wedding. The food has been fantastic every time I’ve been as well. There are so many ceremony spaces available and is located so close to Brisbane city and accommodation. It never disappoints!

We have frequented VP a number of times though our favourite time to go is for Spooky Putt Putt!! So much fun for kids. A little playground for them too.Great catch up spot for adults. Plenty of regular events. Good location. And plenty of parking.
