Five stars for a true four star accommodation in Sydney. We stayed for a quick two nights in November of 2024. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. King bed was very comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature was great. Great proximity to Darling Harbour, Sydney Convention Center and Haymarket. The added bonuses of a beautiful rooftop bar, gym, downstairs cafe and rooftop pool were all used and greatly appreciated. The only thing lacking at this hotel seemed to be seating around the pool. Four lounge pads for a 145 room hotel is hardly enough.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Very beyond average, clean although decent stay. The rooms are average, although loved the bathroom. We had a huge gap between our double bed which were just two king singles put together to make a large double. Views not too bad although this is expected as not a high rise hotel only goes up to 13 floors. The roof top pool & bar are beautiful and the service from the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. Thank-you Vibe hotel darling harbour for a pleasant and pretty overnight stay, lovely hotel in the heart of the city.

Located in the heart of Sydey downtown, the rooms are all great and convenient with a very pleasant atmosphere, the staff also very obliging with warm greet. They have also tasty breakfast, last the most important thing the location just only couple step to many Indonesian Restaurants. Love it

Rooms are lovely and well designed. service was great and the ladies were very nice.
Location is great, you can walk to basically anything if not the light rail service and catch that, yet its tucked away from most of the noise and hustle.
The only reason i kept it at four stars was because im neurodivergent and whatever they wash the sheets with was such a texture ick, just wish they were a bit softer is all

A hotel near the harbour with all amenities and close to the CBD. 10 minutes from the train station to the airport. Nice hotel, easy access and rooftop pool. Room was quiet and very clean. They kept our bags for us until we had to catch our flight, once we had already checked out. All very good

Did not have kerb appeal for me…filthy outside to both sides of the property. Def a turn off for me.

Staff in general very friendly and helpful aside from one female in the food outlet attached. Rather obnoxious attitude on my arrival and decided to go elsewhere after that.

Thankfully it was a quiet stay I was worried due to area and the bar on the roof.
Wouldn’t stay again mainly due to area it was in.

It was convenient for places I wanted to walk to.

Do not stay!! We checked in for what was supposed to be a 3 night stay, upon arriving we were greeted with 30 degree heat blasting from our AC unit in our room (which was much smaller than pictured). We try to turn the AC down, read all the instructions and even call down to reception for help. They claim to have reset it, and inform us to give it 10 minutes and we’ll be good! Well fast forward to midnight that night, we have called and begged TWELVE TIMES for someone to fix the AC as every 10 or so minutes, it begins blasting hot air even if the unit is off. Completely unacceptable, especially in the Sydney heat. We also then discover, at midnight, that none of our light switches apart from the bedside lamps in the room work. A very unsettling discovery in the middle of the night! We were told the manager would be in at 7am to sort it, yet when we cut our stay short and checked out at 11am, our AC still did not work nor did we have any working lights in the room. And they still made us pay! We have emailed several times requesting a refund for this poor excuse of a hotel room but have not been answered. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I've been a frequent flyer here for some time and have decided to move on, reflective of price point and experience. |The self check in attracts zero bonus or reward, and you still need to approach reception, so see it pointless and contribute to a distinct aloofness with the front desk staff. Rare is it to get a smile or greeting, house keeping the opposite.|Re rewards as a frequent flyer, I've been given no upgrades or anything to acknowledge my loyalty, unlike my previous preferred hotel upgrades, bottles of wine discounts, compact drinks, etc|Breakfast is fine, and whilst it limits food waste not being a buffet, it can mean longer waits at all kinds of hours. All staff there were lovely.|The hotel is showing signs of aging with scuff marks and carpet wear and tare|Lifts are consistently slow|Wifi and chromecast are good|Bed soft|Sound proof...hmm hit and miss one annoyance is cleaners staring around 7am in corridors|The bathrooms impressive to look at, but shower always gets floor and make sure before turning on its set to rain shower and not hand held|My last bathroom had a sewer damp smell throughout the stay and must have been near main pipes as made plumbing noises throughout the stay|There is no view to speak of|Gym tight but good equipment|I shan't be back more because the price doesn't justify the experience and it's a hilly walk to transport
