It was indeed an exceptional stay at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect. It is very clean and tidy and most importantly the service is highly commendable. From check in to check out I couldn’t be any happier how Receptionist Jen assisted and catered all our needs going beyond what is expected. She is such an asset and definitely a gem of the hotel. I will definitely come back in this hotel and will recommend to my friends. More powers!

I felt very welcome on arrival. My room was ready early so I was able to check in. The bed was very comfortable. There is room service, casting to the TV from your devices, and a coffee pod machine. Their undercover parking is reasonably priced at less than $12. The price is very good value for money for it's proximity to the airport.

The name says it all! What a vibe! As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with such friendly and down to earth staff. The facilities are just amazing and the food and cocktails are divine! Can't thank you all enough for an unforgettable stay, highly recommend.

I stayed here for just one night with my husband and 2 young kids. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean and quiet.
We were upgraded to a spacious top floor family room, and on arrival our 2 boys were gifted toy cars, which was a lovely touch, and they played with the cars the entire trip.

The hotel is lovely, with a beautiful lobby and great bars. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, with Jane standing out for her exceptional service—she truly made the experience memorable. However, one staff member, I don’t want to mention his name here, was less helpful and didn’t seem interested in doing his job. Despite that, I’d still return for the overall pleasant vibe and the majority of the excellent staff.

Extremely rude staffs on top and behind rude. this is the most worst experience I have ever had: ||- Completely extreme super rude staff.||- Don't value loyalty customer||- No respect to the customer||- Telling all the lies||- Don't keep customers details for 12 months||- Completely waste of time||||Here’s the full details:||- I have stayed at your hotel several times previously and last time was Apr 2023 last year, and I always had a free parking every time for my previous stay. So, I booked again for your hotel on 1 Dec 2024 even though it's far away from the city. ||- When I arrived at 8:30PM, a man checked me in. After signing the arrival form, he asked me if I need a parking, I said yes. Then he said it's $11.84 per night. I was very surprised it's charged for parking.||- I told him that I have stayed at your hotel many times and it was always free parking. I explained that the reason I booked this time was because it has free parking from my previous experience even it's far away from the city. if I know it's charged for parking, I would not book here. ||- Then the gentleman looked at his computer for more than 10 minutes without saying anything, and I am just standing there and wait. The after 10 minutes, he said he can't find my previous booking and asked me to provide proof of my previous booking details. ||- Then I shown him my booking details on my phone from Booking.com app. He took my phone and put it on the desk, then look at the computer again. He scrolled my phone up and down 100 times and looked at the computer for another 15 minutes, then said he still can't find my previous booking and there's no evidence proof I have stayed at your hotel before. ||- I told him this did not make any sense, my booking.com app has clearly shown the booking details with the booking ID, and I have also had the dinner in the lobby. Then he said we don't keep guests details for more than 12 months. I said this is impossible, how can a hotel business like you did not keep customer details for more than 12 months? Do you mean that you did not care about customer loyalty and just treat every customer as a new customer. He said yes, we don't have any customer details for more than 12 months. ||- I am very angry with this response and demand him to offer me a free parking as an once-off considering me as a loyalty customer. He then made a call to the manager. ||5 Minutes later, the manager came and without asking any details just said, no free parking, just pay if you want to park

The receptionists were super friendly.They provided detailed information on what to do. I requested an upper room, and they upgraded me without hesitation.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the view was great. They're also soundproof, giving you the comfort you need.
Breakfast was amazing, but I would recommend an increase of options.
Parking is very affordable.
I would come here again and again.

Vibe hotel was really clean, comfortable, and especially, the exceptional service provided by receptionist Jen. She was very helpful and nice! The room was big with a great airport view. Bar was amazing and even the staff in the bar were great! This is highly recommended!
