Listened and observed a close friends call with this company, the consultant Liz was extremely rude, arrogant and also kept arguing she was right even when proven wrong via centrelink. This company only cares about their KPIS and commissions not about the wellbeing of its cliental. It's quite sad and disappointing especially from a NON FOR PROFIT ORGANISATION. The consultant needs a reality check and to realise she is in a basic job not some king on a high horse.

It was belittling and degrading the way we were spoken too. It is a program designed to help, yet the staff are so focused on kpis that they treat people as inferior and are purely driven on making targets and not actually helping people.
The consultant had zero compassion and she is working with single mothers, some of whom have been through excessive trauma and deserve to be treated kindly and with research

Unorganized. I told them three times I cannot do face to face, do over the phone appointments. Which means they call me (their clients) like every other provider does. I wish etc is still in lismore cause I never had any trouble with them. I would not recommend verto to anyone.

Terrible service.Did nothing to help me find a job. When I did find a job they gave me incorrect advice, which resulted in a Centrelink debt.
