Pool is great very relaxing and great temperature. The reception was very helpful when I got stung by a jellyfish in the Noosa area river. The rooms are great sizes. The kitchen could use a bit of an uplift. The fridge smelt so we had to clean it. But over all It’s great location and I rate it 4/5 stars

This was our first trip to Noosa and we stayed for 2 nights in a 2nd floor room in February 2025 ... we wished we had booked a longer stay because we thoroughly enjoyed the area!

Our room was extremely clean, spacious & updated with a nice fresh smell. Honestly this was the nicest place we stayed our whole trip to Australia. There was no elevator so packing up luggage to the upper floor may be an issue for some but not for us. The full kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and I appreciated having a sharp knife in the drawer. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillow options. There were 2 air conditioning units in the apartment which we used to just cool off the room when we got back & then shut off for the rest of the evening. The large covered deck area had a big table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors and our room had a small 2nd balcony toward the road/river. There was one parking space for us to use under the building which was nice because it was quite rainy when we arrived. Unfortunately the pool closed fairly early and we couldn't get back in time to relax in the hot tub as we hoped, it would be great if at least the hot tub was open for use in the evening. BBQ's were clean and worked great for cooking our meal one night.

We spent one evening walking through the Noosaville shops and had a delicious meal at Zachary's pizza bar. The second day we enjoyed the 10K coastal walk at Noosa National Park and then exploring the shops in Noosa. It's a busy area for sure but we were patient to find parking when we needed to and did lots of walking.

Overall we loved our unit at Verano Resort and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great location but the place either did not have basic necessities or were very stingy with them. on top of this the bathrooms and bedside tables smelt like fish and it was REALLY gross. Place did not seem well maintained or clean and it was pretty dirty. called in a cleaner and he did basically nothing. was there for 5 minutes and mopped AROUND everything. only did like one section of the floor. I saw him use the same rag to clean the toilet and then the dining table. totally disgusting

We came to Noosa for our first time & stayed at Vereno resort. Jenny & Philip are both kind, accommodating, provide excellent customer service. My husband & I both loved it very much & will be back.
Excellent pricing & value for money.
Great little apartment with everything you need. Contains a kitchen & open space living. Bedroom with x1 bathroom, a patio overlooking the garden & pool.
Great location offering the gorgeous Noosaville, great restaurants & pelicans beach.
We highly recommend this resort 5 star ⭐️

Friendly, helpful managers on site. Apartment was on the second floor (no lifts but no issue for us) overlooking the pool. We swam in the on-site heated pool daily and used the adjacent spa daily. Apartments are individually owned so I assume furniture and decor must vary so if you are a repeat guest you may find quite a difference next time you stay but this is the norm I think with many apartment complexes there. Liked the fact the resort was quiet and also 10 min walk to the shops and eateries at nearby Gympie Terrace. Apartments themselves (2 br) very light filled and spacious. All facilities provided including microwave, full oven, hobs, washer and dryer. Lovely large balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Only complaint would be pool could have been a bit warmer by a few degrees and the beds had no duvets/doonahs/quilts so woke up in the night several times and had to put the heat pump on. Cheaper option for the complex would be warmer/better bedding. We stayed over a week and TV options were just basic free channels so Sky/Foxtel options would have been good. Irrespective we would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ||Whilst my wife and I had booked an apartment months in advance and requested a quieter location, we got an apartment beneath one being renovated. ||For three days (at a time I was unwell and needing to rest) we endured the use jack hammers being used to remove exisiting floor tiles, an assortment of electrical tools used to dismantle existing cupboards and then again to install new ones, along with the continual noise of tradies carrying furniture and appliances up and down the stairwell past our apartment. ||Whilst we appreciate and understand that all apartments require up keep at some point, management would and should have been across this project and not allocating quests an apartment directly below. To us, it's either very poor planning and or very poor customer care and just a crab for money. ||Making matters worse was how management were uncontactable and reception was vacant during this period. All office phones were diverted to voice mail, where messages were not returned. ||Upon our departure, little care was shown with regard to what we had endured with a final comment of " when you return we will try and find you a quieter apartment next time " - NO NEXT TIME for us.

Our room was not as expected but Linda the resort manager did her best to make us happy and highlighted the best practice to call to discuss needs when booking. Our friends’ room was quiet & beautiful and the pool was a hit with the kids. Linda also went out of her way to post back a treasure left behind by our son. Thank you so much Linda.

From the friendly service on the phone when booking ( I love to book direct so that hotel owners don't lose out on a booking fee!) to the spacious apartments and well kept pool area - this place really delivers. While others may want to be right in the hub bub of Hastings Street our family prefer this quiet haven and catch the free bus into the busy town Centre when the mood strikes us. With a spacious kitchen and generous living area, this is a home away from home complete with washing machine and ample parking. The pool is great for kids with a spa pool and shallow kids pool. A short walk to the supermarket and an easy stroll to local restaurants and the river where you can catch a boat to local tours- we've just booked to go again!||Thank you to Linda and the Verano team who really go out of their way to look after you.
