Roses and Courtney did our nails and what a refreshing experience it was. They were patient, attentive, and meticulous. I did not get the names of the people who did our pedicures, but it was so relaxing having the back massage at the same time...one would be forgiven for falling asleep. We were treated like princesses and left looking like queens. Their good infection control and hygiene standards are another reason we will go back again and again.

I went to Venus today, to get a refill as my nails are growing out. I had a couple of different girls working with me over the 60 mins + appointment. I left with a perfect length, shape and colour. I also had a pedicure and it was lovely. For both hand and feet, they were cautious to check shape, colour.

When a lady mentioned she wasn't happy with one nail, they quickly resolved it.

$115.00 for acrylic refills and a pedicure - with shellac. Thanks so much, I'll be back.

Won't be getting my nails done here again. I was charged $85 for a French tip full set, and 5 days later one of my nails started becoming loose and lifted. When I went in to have it reglued/fixed, I was told only after the nail was fully removed that I will have to pay to have the nail fixed. What a joke

To the lady in the salon wearing a necklace with the letter ‘M’ thankyou so much for my pedicure. I wish I had of asked for your name! She took her time perfecting my nails and gave me the best/longest massage I’ve ever recieved in a nail salon .She was kind and caring and I hope I get you every appointment from here onwards. Ladies or gents if your wanting a quality service, I highly recommend this beautiful girl!

went in yesterday to get 4 nails removed. it was my natural nail with a thin/next to nothing layer of powder and some nail polish. took less than 10 min. they didnt ask if i wanted them cut back to no nail at all just cut it. losing all of my natural nail. then charged me $30. i may as well have gotten an infil. i religiously go to sexy nails because they are amazing there so i thought id go to venus being in that side of town. and i will never go back

This place is terrible, the staff were rude, the nails I got were horrendous, and they ruined my actual nail under the acrylic. Now my nails grow a bit weird and it’s hard to tell which way my nail goes, but all of my nails were crooked, a couple of them were sticking up to the roof so they hadn’t applied them properly. I had one nail that I had bent over, and it had taken my actual nail with it. Went to another nail salon to get them off because I did not want to come back here but they said Venus had ruined my nails and they couldn’t touch them, and told me to go to a doctor or hospital to get the bent nail safely removed otherwise they would have to take off my actual mail with the acrylic and it would be very painful, they advised me to go back and demand a refund. So I went back and before I even sat down I told the lady I wanted a refund and explain to her that they had ruined my nails and I was not happy. Told me okay we can do that and to have a seat. Had them taken off, was hurt a couple times in the process from how rough another lady was being with my nails. When I went up to the counter to get my refund the other lady said “okay $20.00” and I said “what? What do you mean? I was told that I could get a refund, see you ruined my nails” then she went on about how everyone’s nails get like this and it’s normal and that they couldn’t give me a refund and that I also had to pay for the removal of only six nails! Because the other two were damaged and the other place I went to already took off two and realised my nails were terrible. I told her no I want my refund and I shouldn’t have to pay for the removal because I got them done here and the other place I went to said they would have to charge me only because I didn’t get them done there which I understood. I kept trying to tell her I’m not paying but she said you have to pay. So, I payed and walked out. Wished I didn’t but I didn’t want any more conflict than I already had. Do not recommend this salon. People are not nice, don’t do good nails, and have no people skills, highly disrespectful towards customers. Never going here again. Would definitely recommend the nail salon in cane lands next to the wars sushi train near the two chemists, really good, friendly service, helped me a great deal
