Worst place I’ve ever paid. It’s scam to call it a hotel. This is not a hotel. Not even a motel. It’s more of a lowtel. Old neglected building
Noisy and weak cheap air condition. Window that cannot fully covered for darkness or quiet. Construction site just outside the place. It’s a one single room for all guests without a closet, chair or any basic furniture aside from beds and a refrigerator. A shower area of 3 people with no separation between each tap, no privacy curtains and a broken door to the shower area with no space for the cloths or towels
Wifi wasn’t available. Phone app for room keys wasn’t working There’s soooo much more to say. Backpackers are cheaper and better quality

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay and this was great for that. The room was clean and comfortable but VERY basic. Not much more than a bed and a bathroom. Basically all that I was looking for. I booked same day and got a big discount too.

Not for everyone but as I said it was just what I was looking for

The location is fantastic, it's less than a 20 mins walk to Sydney CBD. While the rooms were smaller than I expected, the convenience of the location and the service of the staff were excellent. The staff were always available on the phone and were very accommodating to all my requests. They genuinely care and what to make your experience good in the hostel. I also found the place to be quite clean, and the bathrooms and toilets were also well maintained. The food could be better, but all in all I would definitely recommend this place. Extremely budget friendly!

The rooms of 4 are very small, without heating.
There is no elevator in the building so it is not very practical for suitcases. The dining room is a 5 minute walk away and there aren't enough tables for everyone, so we had to eat standing up like most people as well as breakfast with 3 chairs for the whole hostel and you had only bread and cereal. That it !

The location is excellent, and the room and kitchen are spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff is incredibly responsive and friendly. I requested a lower bed, and they kindly switched it out for me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Edit: on my last day at 10pm at night the app that is required to enter the hostel apparently malfunctioned (according to the hostel staff) and told me that I had not checked in and it would not let me enter meaning I was stuck alone outside in the cold, dark and rain.

Secondly, twice during my stay, girls came in to find out their beds had already been booked? Disgusting service and the management are an absolute joke. Avoid this place.

Pretty terrible place. The location is decent enough but the hostel itself is very poorly managed. They don't tell you ahead of time that there is no reception or any staff at the hostel. You have to self check-in with an app. If your phone dies, you're screwed. The hostel itself was rundown with no communal areas except for a small kitchen. The room was fine other than the incredibly loud aircon and the dirty ensuite. The bathroom also had no mirror and the only mirror in the room was a tiny narrow mirror on the bathroom door. There are also multiple unwelcoming posters all over the walls stating things like you will be kicked out if you talk in the rooms at all and you'll be fined 100$ if you don't clean the kitchen immediately after cooking. Bizarre. Would not recommend at all.
