Great convent location, walking distance from Emu Plains train station. New, modern, clean rooms with a touch of lux. I stayed in the deluxe queen suite after being upgraded.
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Value Suites Penrith also price match so that is also fantastic.

Quite relaxing clean and great location with a variety of shops and businesses close by. Train station very close for those who travel via public transport. Plenty of car parks also so able to park close by your room.

Biggest issue i found while staying there for over 4 months for work is the internal noise
The doors are the single biggest issue they slam shut and i mean slam
They're not soft closing attachments to the doors
Some guests work it out but most don't care and i mean most don't
So like me you'll be woken up time and time again by inconsiderate guests slamming the doors all hours of the day and night
If you get a double door adjoining room expect little peace or quiet when it's occupied
You can hear everything and i mean everything if you get my drift
So bring ear plugs
I am astounded that the doors cannot be adjusted so slamming is limited
Even a sign saying for the consideration of other guests do not slam the doors
Other than that the rooms are clean and modern
Please do something about the doors they're a big issue
I am surprised they haven't been mentioned more

The staff were lovely and super helpful. The rooms are always clean and the bathrooms are really nice.

Clean well equipped rooms and very helpful staff.. plenty of parking. The bed is a little low and I hate foam pillows but it’s cheap and very usable.|Just DON’T have a room facing the rail track it is incredibly noisy and you will be woken by every passing train all through the night.

Very bad smelling in the room, just like sleep in henhouse.
They changed 2 queen beds room for $239 on weekday,as this price is not valuable.
They even use guest laundry to wash their mop and blankets, that’s really disgusting.
Not recommended at all.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Well appointed. Only issue was, my room backed onto the railway line. But I slept well in any event. Bed very comfortable.
