A first time customer at Utopia and I would happily go back. I booked in for a Crystal Body Exfoliation treatment and was met by the lovely Amelia. She explained the process beforehand so I knew what to expect. She was super friendly and informative. The spa itself was welcoming and very relaxing, and the treatment itself was amazing and a great way to end the day. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed. I have never been but my mother was a regular customer for $130 facial. I needed her help to look after my child while I went to the doctor urgently and she had to reschedule her facial at short notice. She told the person on the phone it was family circumstances as not everyone needs to know my business. She was apologetic and asked to not cancel but reschedule and the person on the other side of the phone said she was being charged a cancellation fee. She explained we weren’t cancelling just needed to reschedule. My mum said if she was charged the fee she wouldn’t be back. The person on the phone said they didn’t care.
I understand cancelling on a small business is a pain but we wouldn’t have done it if we didn’t have to. We won’t be back.

Amazing experience at Utopia today. Attended a waxing appointment with my Nan who has dementia on a day out from her care facility. The team went above and beyond, had rearranged the room prior to the appointment and were so accommodating. Not to mention the girls were absolutely lovely and my Nan had a wonderful experience. 10/10, will definitely rebook in the future. Her face wax was fantastic also. Thanks girls!

The girls were friendly and very good with my little granddaughter however the manicure for both of us didn’t last 24 hours. The polish for both of us flaked and fell off quickly. I doubt I would have another manicure with them.
