Highly recommend Urban Wax and Beauty the treatments and services are amazing. I couldn't have been happier with service i received at my appointment. The staff are so friendly, kind and caring, making you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the front doors. Nothing better then finding an affordable place that creates fantastic results and offers great advice ❤️

I had my lashes lifted and a hybrid brow tint by the lovely lady and owner of the salon. I had recently done a home DIY job of lifting my lashes and had a blunder with it and almost destroyed my lashes. They looked awful!
She worked an absolute miracle! Bought my lashes back to life with a beautiful lift, no more frazzled spider legs looking lashes! Could not stop looking at them in the mirror!

I had the hybrid tint which for whatever reason didn't stick (there was a huge monsoon and it was very humid so this probably played a part in it) so I called up the next day and she was able to fit me in that afternoon to have a redo. So accommodating, friendly and professional!

I was happy with my Skin Juice aroma facial and my eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint.
I had been going elsewhere for these treatments but I wanted to find somewhere that did Skin Juice and in Darwin this is the place.
I would recommend them.

Urban Wax had been my go-to for over six years. A couple of times I've tried to go elsewhere (when I moved) but I kept coming back.
The salon is lovely, and has plenty of parking; the staff are friendly and are experts in their field.
There are so many places that have staff who do careless waxing. Urban Wax staff are professionals who are trained to wax properly and efficiently with minimal fuss.
Highly recommended.

Burnt my eyebrows last year (2019 March) before I had to travel for a conference. It was good that they followed up with me to try after I contacted them about it.

However I was not satisfied with response as they didn't offer money back for the eye brow wax and only offered free treatments at their salon to appease me, despite me telling them that I felt uncomfortable about returning to their salon after what happened.

Still haven't been back, but have just received an email from their system after I had asked for my details to be removed from their systems.

Was also asked to not post a review and have not, until the recent email, which meant that my details had not been removed as I had asked.

Other treatments wax treatments I had were good ( full leg, under arm) and I had no problem, and they have a good range of products on sale.
