I usually get an amazing massage with Natasha. This time, I went with a different girl and the massage was terrible, the towel was scratchy, the girl spent 15 minutes out of the room because someone else came in and she left twice to go work on them. She finished 5 minutes early and kept my change. Not a very unwinding experience.
