After being a regular customer of Urban Spa Chatswood I booked & experienced an eyebrow shape & tint for some reason the lady I booked was finishing her last client so a different lady took me instead. She was sweet & lovely & did a pretty good job with the shaping but the tint ended up too dark despite me saying at the start I was worried about the colour being too dark I have tried scrubbing with soap but it won’t come out. All my other experiences with Urban Spa have been amazing.

I received gift vouchers for this spa and have visited on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, my experiences were average at best. The upselling felt very forced, and I found the prices to be quite high. During one of my massages, another staff member entered the room twice within the hour to collect something, which disrupted the experience.

Despite still having funds remaining on my voucher, my attempts to book another head massage have been unsuccessful. I've left two messages on their voicemail without receiving a call back. Given the poor service, I've decided to dispose of the voucher.

I had the most sublime 2 hours spa treatment with back, feet and hands massage and a heavenly facial. The beauty therapist was fantastic and I felt so wonderful during and afterwards. Highly recommend you go to Urban Spa Neutral Bay!

Had a wonderful microdermabrasion session here - on a day when my face really needed the work! I was gently welcomed to the salon and following an efficient consultation my therapist got to work. Lovely products (their own brand) were used throughout the treatment. It was so good I fell asleep during the massage! Highly recommend!

My mother and I have been here a few times and it is great. The team are very welcoming, professional and customer focused. We booked a Christmas special which included a foot massage, facial, back/shoulder/neck massage a few years ago and only used it recently - it was very relaxing. The only issue around the area is parking but the girls were helpful in guiding us on where to park. If public transport was a suitable option for us (being in South East Sydney) we would take it but is a bit too far for us. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in pampering themselves or a loved one - but try to take public transport if possible. Highly recommend the team here - they are experts!
