Thank you to the very caring and professional staff at Urban Spa Castle Hill. I visit regularly and love that all of the beauticians ensure the very best experience and care. Every single movement during massage and facial is intentional and indulgent enabling relaxation and wellbeing. For a very busy mother and teacher, this is what I keep coming back for. I live one and a half hours away from this spa and wouldn’t bother going anywhere else! The products a lively too. Thank you.

I turned up for my spray tan, stripped off and waited for the staff member to start spraying. After a few attempts she informed me the machine was broken. She apologised and said I could get some of their tanning lotion if I wanted, which I politely declined. I asked if they had tested the machine before my appointment and she said “yes they had just used it and It had worked fine”. Yes I was disappointed but it was out of their control so I just put my clothes back on and made my way out. I walked past 2 staff members who were chatting at reception to each other and thought they would at least acknowledge me. I got to the front door and still they had not said anything but I did see one look at me. As I opened the door to leave i just felt so annoyed with the whole experience. I said to them both “ you could at least say good bye”.

I later received a call from the Manager who actually said she was one of the staff members chatting at reception and went on to say she didn’t like the way I spoke to her staff member - I was never rude to anyone. I hate to leave negative reviews but I feel so upset with the way I was treated.

Inexperienced and very young staff, massage was very disappointing. Lack of attention to detail in so many areas also. Examples included: music stopped playing and it wasn’t turned on again until my massage was over, room was bare - lacked atmosphere, massage oil was in what looked like a clear tomato sauce squeeze bottle, meant to be aromatherapy - there were no candles, no beautiful aromas. The oil in the tomato squeeze bottle had a smell - hope that’s not what they meant by aromatherapy massage - if it is it just goes with what I’m saying. Also, I was asked where I hold my tension to which I replied my shoulders and they weren’t even focused on during the massage ?. She used loud crinkly gloves to give a foot massage even though I had a milk foot treatment a day prior (part of my facial package at Endota Spa) and had washed my feet prior to the appointment. Therapist at Endota Spa gave a far superior foot massage and did not use gloves. Would not recommend nor go back. Had a facial and treatment at Endota Spa a day earlier and that is what 5 stars feels like!!

Scam spa, that should be the name, website advertises 75 min facial treatment for $99, however in reality i was provided 45 mins treatment? I was cheated. When i asked why they said that the website is incorrect. Terrible! Never going there again! Scamsters.

Such a consistent, incredible experience! Have had to become a regular thanks to the beautiful Keegan who always ensures I receive relaxing, rejuvenating and quality massages and facials in a such a welcoming, comfortable and safe environment. Becoming one of her regulars is something I won’t regret! Counting down the days until my next appointment each time 🙂

Fabulous service! After 3 months locked up due to the pandemic it was great to get out and feel human again, my therapist was lovely, explained everything and what to expect post treatment (I’ve never had a peel before). Spa was immaculate and overall very relaxing. Counting down the days till my next treatment... my sister is coming along to the next one for her own little TLC day!
