Beautiful spa in the heart of Ivanhoe. We loved the sauna, LED bed and float therapy! Very relaxing and staff are very knowledgeable and attentive.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful new wellness space and was completely blown away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness—the staff were not only welcoming but truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for.

I used the infrared sauna during my visit and it was divine. The experience left me feeling deeply relaxed, detoxified, and completely rejuvenated. The space itself is tranquil and thoughtfully designed—every detail exudes calm and beauty. It’s the kind of place you walk into and instantly feel your shoulders drop.

Whether you’re in need of a proper reset or just want some time out in a beautiful, calming space, this place is such a find. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and really well looked after. I’ll definitely be back.

I can highly recommend this gorgeous wellness retreat to unwind and rejuvenate. The staff are welcoming and the surroundings tranquil and relaxing. There are a myriad of treatments on offer. I used the Infrared Sauna, LED bed and Flotation Pool, finishing my experience with a massage. The massage therapist was excellent and definitely the highlight of my day. I left feeling peaceful and pampered. Very happy customer 😊

Upon my arrival for my initial Infrared Sauna session this afternoon, I was politely and respectfully greeted by Deanna. Deanna's welcoming, warm, kind and gentle nature, which was inclusive of a delicious cup of tea, truly brought so much comfort, as I familiarised myself with the space. Deanna provided a clear overview of the practicalities associated with the Infrared Sauna, and ensured I had everything in order to immerse myself in this grounding, rejuvenating and cleansing experience.

Upon the completion of my session, I had the pleasure of meeting Deanna's colleague, Erin. Erin's compassionate, serene, generosity and kind nature, was truly heartwarming as I made my way into the relaxation space, to recharge. During this time, Deanna's attentiveness to provide me another delightful cup of tea and glass of water, made me feel at ease as I enjoyed the spacious, gorgeous and peaceful environment that I was in, prior to my departure.

Deanna and Erin's professionalism, caring, compassionate, welcoming and lovely nature, made my first experience extremely worthwhile. I would highly recommend anybody that is wanting to indulge in a space that offers you the opportunity to unwind and recuperate, Urban Sanctuary is the place to go.

She was not only focused on making the experience beautiful and relaxing but also laser- focused on achieving great results. My skin felt absolutely beautiful after the treatment. Highly recommend!
