Great outdoor seating, views and atmosphere. Ordered the special beef rib and fish of the day, both well presented and cooked.
Was not greeted by staff upon arrival, had to ask where seating was avaliable for us, take our own high chair to our table and was directed to get our own cutlery after meals were brought out - would be ideal to be told after ordering at the counter.

Beautiful environment and outdoor area. My meal was average, hardly any salad and very basic. I wouldn’t buy the bread starters again as it was very disappointing, oily, chewy and more like a weird doughy pretzel than actual bread. The service and staff are very good, friendly and hard working.

Great place to be on the weekends—beautiful space and open area. Fantastic locally brewed beer; I’ve been here many times for drinks. This is my first time trying the food, and I’d say there’s room for improvement.

The squid is 5/5—absolutely amazing. The fish of the day was also well-seasoned and enjoyable.

However, the lamb rump lacked flavour, and the chicken schnitzel was quite dry. All dishes, except the squid, felt underwhelming. Portion sizes for mains were quite small for the price, which was disappointing.

Still love the vibe and drinks, but the food could definitely use some refining.

Dry Pie and hunt your own cutlery lunch. Service was friendly but not overly helpful. Kids pasta bake is nice. Pie could be good but is basically meat and mushroom filled pastry with zero sauce/ gravy.

Freezing cold place. Beautiful place! Architecture is so beautiful with a few 🔥 places, but all of them off, at 13 degrees. I could see people moving from one place to another one looking for the warmest place. I drove all the way 100 kms from south to enjoy the atmosphere here but we were very dissaponted! Freezing 🥶

We love the Uraidla pub and eat here regularly but were very disappointed by our dinner on good friday - perhaps the chef was away? Tough Sirloin and a green chicken curry full of star anise (?). Hopefully food will be back to the usual high standard next time.

Great place!
They have very good choice of plates - highly recommend to try out their specials.
The beer 🍺 selection on tap is great.
I loved the pilsner. They brew it next 🚪 door in their brewery.
The ambience is great, too.
There are plenty of the parking.
They are dog friendly, so feel free to bring you pup 🐶 with you.

First time I went here for dinner - about 2 years ago - great. The 3 times since then, it's steadily declined. 5 stars, 4 stars, 3 stars and now the 2 star rating for this last time. Feels like they've gone from a very good chef, to a series of poorer ones.

Duck salad: Worst dish I've tasted for a long time. The duck was overcooked and so largely tasteless and very dry because of that. The duck was presented as two legs on a bed of green salad with lentils. The least possible trouble by the cooks to do that and the salad/lentils were uninspiring. Not a good combination.

Lamb rump: Passable and well cooked. The local spices gave it a flavour that I didn't enjoy very much. And you get meat, and that's about it - oh, a small dry damper.

Disappointing, and next time I'll just go for a beer.
