Been wanting to come here for a while after hearing all about this place. I am not normally a sweet tooth but I loved the croissants and pistachio matcha was amazing. The atmosphere was nice and staff were lovely.

We came early, hence there's still places to sit. It gets busier around 8:30 AM in the weekends. Staff were polite and attentive despite the crowds.

Ordered the croissants with cookies and corn fritters. The croissants with cookies were like cookie dough style with a good amount of sweetness. Corn fritters were quite delicious as well. Latte and macchiato were good as well.

They don’t have very effective queue management in place. When we arrived there were heaps of people standing around the cafe and it was unclear whether they were waiting for a seat or for takeaway. No signage either. We had to speak to someone to be seated.
Their food is yummy with generous portion sizes. Baseline price is fair, but with the 10% weekend surcharge it becomes less worth it (they didn’t garnish my dish so it didn’t look as pretty as the menu photo). Especially the pistachio matcha drink! I didn’t realise before coming here but it’s $15.50, then you add the weekend surcharge + card surcharge it’s like $18 ? It tasted REALLY GOOD, but I don’t think any drink can be worth that much unfortunately. It might be nice to have the pistachio cookie as an ‘add on’ option for an extra price. Ooh I also really liked their halloumi tapioca bites, it's satisfying to eat and not something you can just get anywhere. Service is friendly as well ?

Waited 30mins in the queue. The staff were very friendly. Ordered pistachio matcha latte and carrot cake and they tasted heavenly. The original choc chip cookie was good but the cookie was a little too sweet. Tried their viral strawberry matcha latte but was disappointed. The strawberry was too sour and the matcha was too bitter, not a good combo. But enjoyed everything else.

Up south has the nicest staff and the best food, the strawberry matcha is the best drink I have ever had. The matcha cookies are perfect with flavour and sweetness. The French toast was another level and very unique. Would recommend this place ?

I think this place is bit overrated. The staff were so frazzled despite it being a not busy weekday morning - they continued to approach our table with wrong order, we saw the hot foods ready and waiting to be served for few minutes meaning the food was starting to be cold when it reached the table. I bought array of baked goods which were bit disappointing. The Cro-kie was bit stale, the biscoff and pistachio cookies were a hugh disappointment as they were just plain white choc cookie with biscoff/pistachio spread on top - i expected the cookie to be the specified flavour. The price for matcha drinks are ridiculous. I wouldn't come back.

Great atmosphere and location near Bondi, but I was disappointed with their viral strawberry and pistachio matcha. The strawberry was way too sour, and the matcha tasted bland and watery, barely any matcha flavor. Plus, the pistachio matcha and OG chocolate cookie croissant were overly sweet and overpriced

Food here is okay, visited here for the match strawberry drink and it was pretty inconsistent with other peoples drinks
Place is a tad run down. Baked goods were okay
Place is just a tad too over hyped
It is very busy get in early if you want to sit down or just takeaway

Overall if you're in the area try it but i wouldn't go out of my way to go here
