Asked for tap water, they said they didn’t have any and I could only buy bottled water. I said “Are you sure? Isn’t this a bar?” They said “It is but we don’t offer free water”. Ended up paying $4 for a lukewarm can of expired Sprite. Very strange because they didn’t allow us to bring our clear water bottles in even when we emptied them (probably to make money off of us). Disappointing (and dubiously illegal) experience, but the concert I attended there was awesome. Feel sorry for the students because they have to deal with such greedy management.

Good place to eat, nice selection of inside and outside tables. They have very good wedges with sour cream and chilli. A bit pricey but too be expected for a bar. If you're a uni student or staff, get the pulse app. You get 10% discounts!

A fantastic bar. Very convenient being on campus, good food options and something for everyone with vegan and veg options!
The range of beers is small but has dry, dark, pale, cider, so something for everyone.

Sometimes the music is too loud but that's a problem everywhere, and the music choice is usually great. Nice outdoor seating, and an indoor stage for live performances which are always fantastic. There's even a pool table to keep you entertained.
Be prepared to wait a bit longer than you expect if you order food though.

Great place to watch live bands, both local & international.
Not being a drinker it didn't concern me however line ups to get a drink during live events are a bit crazy & the bar shut nearly an hour before the main band finished

They offered a nice dish of wings at a reasonable price during the Superbowl 2024. It was at happy hour during the match which I found very convenient.
The only negative aspect was they did not increase the volume during the Superbowl halftime show and you could not hear the music properly.

Lively yet casual bar in the University grounds. Cheap beers, decent food and friendly staff make this our choice for local pub.
There are always music events here, so check in often if that's your thing.
