SCAM!!! This company has been highlighted on A Current Affair tonight with their predatory and deceptive marketing practices. Stay away from this mob unless you want to sign your life away for on thier dodgy timeshare business that basically bleed you dry of money for virtually zero return.

If I could give -0 stars I would! My ageing father, who is grieving the loss of his late wife and doesn't speak very good English was sucked into this scam years ago and has been unable to escape! At a time when they were facing terminal illness as a couple, their vulnerability was preyed on and they were sucked in to what looked like free and cheap holidays whenever, wherever you want! NOT TRUE. And with illness, and death, there is absolutely no point to continuing this "membership" - however I fail to see how it is a membership....a member has the right to LEAVE. We have started the legal process and been given the run around already. There is no contract on this planet that is unbreakable, yet they continue to make it impossible to cancel. This company and all its subsidiaries are sick and I don't know how they are still in business after being found guilty of misconduct. Parading around on the profits of people's lack of understanding and deliberate misleading sales tactics. SHAME ON YOU.

Lovely apartment modern decor, great views and a huge deck to enjoy. Very handy to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Only two small gripes can’t believe you have to rent towels for the pool area and they were extremely thin towels at that. Also the wifi was quite slow I think this was due to us picking up the wifi for the apartment above. I did query this with staff and they said to just reset the modem. Tried this a couple of times but made no difference.

A really nice modern chic facility, close to Broad Beach. Our suite was lovely, fully equipped in all rooms. The pool was a really good size and the hot tub perfect temperature and nice and roomy. Loved staying here.

WOW! Loved it! We stayed as a big group in individual apartments for a family function was great as we were all close but still had privacy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Give me those views anyday. Apartment clean tiny and loads of room. Home away from home. I would rather here as its away from the noise but not too far that you can't walk to restaurants the beach shopping etc

We stayed at Freshwater Point over the Christmas holidays. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with a fantastic view over the Gold Coast. The café downstairs was great and very convenient and the pool and spa area was lovely. Staff were always very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely visit again.

this was my 3rd time staying here because i just love the location so so so much! my family insisted in staying here because it has such a beautiful view and the 3 room sky villa is big and cosy! 2 of the rooms have the sea view and the whole apartment is so breezy! we stayed in 2502 and its a corner apartment and we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset! superb!

the location is great too and free allocated parking is provided. staff are friendly and helpful 🙂

the only setback that upsets us was housekeeping day. we were told by the reception that housekeeping is after 1pm. housekeeper came before 1pm and we were finishing our lunch and getting ready to leave. so we told her we needed more time as we were told she would only come at 1pm. she was so unhappy and replied "ok I'll come back" with rage, as if we wasted her trip and time.

anyway.. so at 10 ish 11 at night and we came back to a wide-opened door with nobody in the apartment.. meaning the housekeeper kept the door wide-opened (with a door stopper) after she cleaned up the apartment. wow..

luckily we hadn't find anything missing. but we were really disappointed and upset about this. i went to the reception the next morning to report about this mishap and the staff said she would report this to the management. i really hope this will bring attention to the management as we don't wish this to happen to other guests..
