Well located. Beautiful spacious apartment and outlook over district and canals/creek. Heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi which were very relaxing to use. It was convenient to have a small cafe on the entry level also. Complimentary undercover security parking was available.

We did not require any service so can not rate that.
Apartments are lovely and spacious. Good comfortable queen bed with good bed linen and towels. Well equipped with appliances for eating & domestics.
Providing dishwashing and laundry detergent would have been ideal. We were there for a week with just 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 laundry detergent sachet. OR provide more crockery & cutlery.
Sofa / sofa bed has lost effectiveness and is quite uncomfortable. The chair provided was good value but we only had 1. Kitchen and outdoor settings were good

Bright, clean, spacious rooms well appointed with full sized fridge and dishwasher. Everything was in good working order and the staff were prompt with any service requests. Very clean and beautiful views from our 9th floor room of river and city scape. Love the location as it is not busy as in Broadbeach but just a 5-7 minute walk across the river to the hub and Lightrail and Pacific Fair. Very comfortable stay and this is our 4th time. Will come back again.

Freshwater Point is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your down time while on the Gold Coast. A 3 minute walk to the Gold Coast Convention Centre it worked well for us.

Much more space than a traditional hotel room which made this accommodation option all the more appealing.

A 7 minute walk to the local Woolworth supermarket and plenty of great restaurant options there as well. Being slightly removed from the hustle & bustle of Broadbeach but within walking distance made for a calm relaxed environment when required.

Freshwater Point has a great pool and gym onsite which was well used.

All in all an excellent stay in a great spot.

Reception staff made check in easy, a friendly and warm welcome made for a great start to our 5 night stay.

5 star recommendation.

Fabulous location and walking distance to restaurants, beach, shopping at Pacific Fair etc.
Staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. Cafe is lovely for a quick meal or coffee. Pool, gym and steam room are excellent.
The rooms are slightly tired and need a bit of TLC. Cleaning is ok but bathrooms need attention and a new lounge would be perfect.

The Freshwater Point resort is in a prime location. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there and the sun shone the day we left. Better luck next time hopefully. We loved our 2 bedroom apartment. The amenities were great. We will definitely be back again.

Throughly enjoyed staying here. Lovely spacious 2x bedroom, 2x bathroom apartment with beautiful views out to Surfers. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cafe was nice and location is great as its away from the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach but within easy walking distance. Only complaint would be the tight carparking and no door on between ensuite bathroom and main bedroom.

Lovely Resort to stay at. We stayed in the Accor Vacation Club appartments and they were new, modern and had everything you need to be on holiday! Kitchen was tidy and stocked with everything (not food) and there was a washer and dryer. Everything worked well and I would be returning here for sure.
