I chose a “standard” suite as it was way cheaper than “premium”. The difference is that a standard has not been renovated. This was fine. It was relaxed. Had all the necessary facilities. The staff are lovely and helpful. Very clean with good linen. Our 10 night stay had a housekeeping scheduled for the halfway point. We could do a towel swap for fresh towels anytime also. The positioning of Beach Haven is perfection! Beach front. Amongst all the restaurants. Close to the convention centre which I needed. Pools and spa etc was enjoyed. Free secure parking.

Nice apartments, not the most modern but have everything you need, wardrobe space not the best.
The new west pool area is great and a lovely area to spend the day, BBQ area with plenty of tables etc. Very nice.
The Spa area is very nice and modern and couldn't be any better.
Overall we would not hesitate in booking again as it was great value.

We had a fantastic week at ULTIQA beach haven. Amazing location directly across from the park and beach. The pools were always clean and never too busy. The spa was also clean and a great facility. We loved the unit which was very clean and had beautiful ocean views. There are some items we wish were included in the kitchen with limited basics provided. But overall a great stay at amazing hotel.

My family and I, recently stayed at Beach Haven and had a bit of a rocky start. The initial room we were given was not up to standard – it was dirty and it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. However, once we raised these issues with Kim, the apartment manager, she acted swiftly and moved us to another room. This new room was a complete turnaround – impeccably clean and we couldn’t have asked for a better room.
We had stunning views from our balcony and the location is also fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the responsiveness of Kim to address our concerns was very much appreciated. Thanks to Kim, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend the Beach Haven.

This is our second stay at Beach Haven and to be honest our first choice when visiting the Gold Coast. The reception and booking staff are so friendly and accommodating especially during the booking process which I feel is so important especially when you are travelling interstate. I also found the book in process very easy, especially at such a busy time of the year. The location is just perfect, loved the beach view and being able to walk to restaurants and cafes and how easy is it to catch the trams to Surfers or Pacific Fair - just a perfect getaway! Thanks guys the Redden Family will definitely be back!!!

The location was great, set up of unit A was excellent layout with amazing views. Wifi good. Showers with no doors is a pet peeve but provided toiletries are nice. Would absolutely stay again. Kids enjoyed heated pool and tennis courts, and proximity to mall. The owners provided some snacks as a welcome gift which was much appreciated. No service of apartment while we were there but reception were happy to provide some additional dishwasher pods.

We love staying here. Wonderful apartments with great layouts and well appointed kitchens. This time we were in an E apartment with ocean views and lookout over to the Oasis. Brilliant location with an easy walk to the beach and all Broadbeach has to offer. Highly recommend.

The room was nice. Many of the utensils and crockery were dirty. We had to clean everything before using it!

As soon as you got out of the lifts you could smell the garbage shutes!

The view was the saving grace for this trip!
