Location was excellent. We had some issues on the first night but Hannah was extremely helpful in getting us another room to move to. It made a huge difference and we were very thankful. All the staff were lovely and it was great not to have to drive anywhere as everything was within walking distance.

I was lucky to get a beautiful apartment very tastefully furnished and sufficiently high.
I loved it. I have stayed at this property many times, not all apartments are so nice.
The location is excellent.
The staff are very efficient and do a great job.

Wonderful location- central to everything. Beautiful views and ideal for whale watching. Directly above the patrolled beach.
Spacious with comfy beds and lounge. Staff are very helpful and courteous.
Just a temporary downside for this apartment - construction of building next door is very noisy from early morning til late afternoon. Spoils any chance of being able to enjoy sitting out on the balcony.
An enjoyable stay apart from the construction. Wouldn’t hesitate to return once this has finished.

Absolutely stunning. Fantastic apartment with the most spectacular views. It has everything you need and very secure. Excellent position for getting around the Gold Coast. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to get back here.

Beautiful place next to the beach, shops, restaurants, medico, free parking. Pleasant and courteous staff. The apt has everything basically. The only improvement would be more frequent room service (only once in 8 days is slack),

The highlights, without a doubt, are the location and views.
However for $6000+ for a weekly stay, the apartment presents as tried, dated and worn. I was quite surprise at this price point to discover there was only 1 room service the entire week (at day 4 of our stay). Further to this, self-cleaning is made difficult due to cheap cleaning appliances available in the room and only being supplied with enough very cheap quality dishwashing tablets, liquid and washing powder for a 2 day visit until the one service for the week.

Excellent location and walking distance to all that Broadbeach had to offer. Room was clean, serviceable and enjoyed nice views.
However, service was disappointing on a few fronts:
- twice had to ask for firmer pillows. Consider BYO pillows if you decide to stay
- we had one hour to spare before departing and asked to use facilities but were denied access and told to pay $50 for the hour.
Unfortunately this left us with a sour finish to our stay at Ultiqua Air on Broadbeach and will choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Ultiqa air. We loved that our apartment overlooked the beach and so the view from the balcony was fantastic. The hotel was also close to many restaurants and the supermarket. There was only an issue with the lift access at times during our stay due to changes being made to the security fobs. But the staff were happy to assist when able. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
