Helen in restaurant was so good - music a little loud but food good. Anna & Lyn were very helpful in reception.
Loved the bush aspect from balcony. Bird life amazing and jacarandas were in flower. Stunning.
Fiona looked after our room amazingly. She is a " gem for your motel."
The shuttle bus driver was good - carried our heavy cased for us.
We will recommend this place and come again

Arrived to a very dusty and interestingly put together room, which we discovered after 1 hour had 10 to 15 crawling bugs in the bed, shower and around the cracked cornices of the flooring. Beside the bedside was a huge amount of discarded food wrappers, dust and bugs awaiting. The linen was very clean as was the shower and toilet but the out dated large furniture was caked in dust and the bed head had come away from the wall. My husband and I are very allergic to dust and mites so we instantly called reception in the evening to attend to this, unfortunately no rooms were available and they offered us bug spray as the solution. Whilst this seemed reasonable, I had to present for surgery the following morning and couldn't afford anything such as an allergy or bug bite to prevent this from going ahead.
We then had to drive to another motel to stay the night, which we were further out of pocket and very fatigued from.

My husband was offered a room change the next day which he said was nicer and appeared to be much cleaner and we were offered a half refund for the night we didn't get to stay and a full refund of the night we cancelled due to not needing the extra night.

For the most part, the rooms seem like a mixed bag. It's a great location to the hospitals nearby and the staff seemed genuine for what we could tell. The parking is relatively easy to squeeze into and off the road. If not for our allergies, this wouldn't have been too bad.

For an inexpensive place to stay it was really good. The rooms were nicer than other places I've stayed at in the same price range. The service was good. The breakfast buffet was fine (except for the scrambled eggs. I wouldn't touch those) and at a decent price

The Twin Towers is located in a convenient position on the Pacific Highway, Artarmon, near the Gore Hill radio tower.
The best thing about staying there was the wonderful hospitality from the people running the place. The Lady in charge went out of her way to make us comfortable as we had arrived from the country by train at an inconvenient time for a medical appointment at Royal North Shore Hospital. I haven't had this level of hospitality in any hotel in Sydney in the past.
Convenient clean and recommended.

Love the high ceilings, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, good aircon, quietness, good wifi. So great to have free parking. We were only there for one night so didn't try out the spa or pool (bit chilly for the pool anyway). We slept really well, a rarity in hotels. I also loved that the room was darker than most, didn't even have to wear my blackout mask. Plenty of towels and nice sheets. No complaints at all.

I am from regional Australia and I had to find accommodation that would suit my disability from an operation to my right foot. I made a telephone enquiry initially and spoke to the manager. He was so helpful and friendly and identified the type of room I needed. Futher to that he showed an extra interest in making my stay more comfortable, for example arranging to deliver a hearty breakfast to my room.||The room I had was suitable for the use of a seat walker and wheel chair.. I was so close to both major hospitals. The room was clean and comfortable.||I highly recommmend that any one having to be hospitalised and then needing accommodation before going home contact with venue.||Sincerely Elizabeth

Been here for 3 weeks now and couldn't ask for nicer people/management so far no complaints rooms are very clean and if there's a problem with your accommodation they are more than happy to help. So far loving it.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were located at the back behind the car park. Comfortable bed and room with a nice view of trees and surrounding area, very quiet, and good breakfast. Great value and centrally located. Highly recommend and will stay again. Tom and Louise
