Really want to search for something good about every place I visit. However, my short experience here:

Service (from the owner) is super ordinary - possibly cause I'm not a regular and tried to order from an open window, though he did say thank you at the end.

The thing that really put me off is the use of a dirty chux on the steam wand - something like haven't been rinsed since this morning. It wasn't just disturbing to see but definitely 0 stars for hygiene and food safety. There is also this burnt flavour in the coffee either from the coffee or reused milk, the coffee was lukewarm.

Time is tough for small businesses but it's more reason for small businesses to step up their games! Best of luck!

Chris and Kim are doing an amazing job at Twenty35 Espresso. Their coffee is top notch, food is impeccable and prices unbearable! Highly recommended!

Stopped here randomly for brekkie, super friendly staff! Lots of locals dropping in! Coffee was smooth and croissant was still crispy despite it being sandwich-pressed! Would recommend

I've been frequenting this outstanding coffee shop, where the food and coffee are superb. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Equally impressive are the fellow customers who are not only fantastic but also remarkably friendly.

Ive been ordering from here almost constantly for the laat year, and have never once had a distasteful experice. rolls are to die for. smoothies are delicous. normally I cut the roll myself at home but thought id drop a note as I almost always detroy the roll when cutting it, haha. And they did me the biggest service aswell as left me a little smily face 😀 Sad that I do not have the time to order in person as I do not like that 30% of my order is kept for uber fees and doesnt hit the business.
