Sensational cafe in glenroy. Very modern brunch fair with heaps of vego options. Is also a bar but haven't checked it out as an evening venue. Lovely healthy green plants too. A little touch of Brunswick in glenroy

When you think of a family owned and run cafe, this should be the benchmark. The menu has style and flexibility, the coffee is great, consistent, and caters to any coffee drinker.

Everyone is super friendly, you can get to know the people that work there, or not, and still be treated great!

Dog friendly is a bonus as well.

This isn't fast food (though their take away sausage rolls are stellar), this is a cafe where, even when busy, has quality that doesn't waver, and you know your money is going to a family that works hard for it.

4.5 stars. Enjoyed a mochacchino and meat pan. The coffee was excellent. A strong shot of coffee in there was pleasing to start the meal. The waitress was attentive and very friendly and we'll dressed.

It took a while to be served food though. Probably end of year bustle. Was worth the wait. The meat pan was better than expected. An assortment of different meats baked in a pan with a delicious sauce which wasn't too salty. Plenty of mushrooms, 2 eggs, spinach and a generous serving of buttered toasted bread. It was great and could be better if there was some sort of burst of freshness as the meat is mostly processed. Maybe a baked tomato, or a few side salad leaves or something to break it up. The serving size was large, so that could probably be reduced to offset the cost. Anyhow, difficult to fault. All other meals were very good too.

Post covid, there seems to have been a change in management and layout of the place. There are outdoor yard seating as well as indoor and on front seating. The staff are friendly and prompt and the food is delicious. The coffee is just right and the hash browns were the highlight. To reduce waste, they only offer coffee cards to people who bring their own reusable cup for take away coffee orders.

Came here for mother’s day, was a little bit disheartened to see so many reserved tables sitting empty, luckily a group was leaving just as we arrived so we got a table! Although staff didn’t make much of an attempt to look for a table when we arrived. Through our experience, many of the reserved tables sat empty the whole time we were at the cafe, I think this cafe could try a little harder to keep tables rotating and have staff be a little more apologetic about the unavailabilities. That said the food looked an tasted amazing!

I ordered the smashed pumpkin and it was absolutely incredible!! Every component of this dish was fantastic and I'm so upset that I don't live in Melbourne cause I would come here weekly otherwise. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the cafe itself has a relaxing atmosphere making it the perfect place for a breakfast.

I must start with the genuinely welcoming service from beginning to end.
This cafe is clearly appreciated by the locals, who also create a pleasant and calm environment.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and topped it off with a perfected takeaway Coffee 👌

We took my mother for Mother’s Day there both me and my wife had the pumpkin soup. It was so nice and stayed hot until we drank it all. And my mum had the cheese omelette which is very nice. Look forward to going back again thank you.
