We were lucky to find this motel at the last minute. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The motel is centrally located, easy to find and close to everything you will need for your stay. Steve the staff member made us feel very welcome. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed here on two occasions for extended periods. The bathroom is fabulous & very suitable for wheelchair users by being spacious. The Shower has a hands free/adjustable shower head with hand rails & no step into the shower. The bathroom also has a mirror at the right level with room for the wheelchair to go under the hand basin. A great deal of thought has been put into the design of this room. Overall it is a very nice place to stay & reasonably priced. We would stay here again if in the area. Skye & Anthony

Stephen (the owner) was absolutely fantastic, he had already shut up shop for the night but gave us a room anyway, he was very accommodating and friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy with all you need in them as well as being in a great location. We will definitely stay here again ?

Geoff understood that as I am disabled there were some special needs that I required.
He went out of his way to ensure that my every need was accommodated.

We stayed with Stephen for three days. The motel is very conveniently situated for all Tweed Heads locations and not too far to drive to enjoy other Northern Rivers attractions. It is mostly what you expect from a budget price motel. Surprisingly though,, it is brighter than most high priced motels we've stayed at over the years. The lighting in our room was brilliant, compared to the dinginess of most motels. In addition, Stephen was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to assist with solving a couple of issues that we had. He also listened and acted on a couple of suggestions we made. Don't expect luxury, but be prepared for service and attention.

On 4 June 2016 we were caught in the severe storms in Southern QLD/Nth NSW. Our flight south was cancelled at 21:30 and we needed accommodation. We secured a room at the Tweed Waters motel where we had excellent assistance from the owner. We had a lovely clean room with a most comfortable bed. In the morning we woke to a sunny morning and we were over the road from a beautiful spot on the river. We were most impressed with both the service and the room.

Tweed Waters Hotel came highly recommended by a lady I hired the car from in Brisbane. I only stayed one night for my Uni Graduation. They were friendly and helpful. The room was nice too. I have no hesitations in recommending this place.

We loved staying here over Easter. Nice clean tidy rooms, great location for across the road. Owner goes above and beyond. Will Definately be back for another stay ?
