We arrived at 7pm and we had the worst experience. We were tired and we got yelled at immediately. Plus, they didn't clean the rooms until we asked them one day if they could come in and clean.

What happened was that I read that it was a self service motel so we put our baggages in the room and quickly went straight to the room were you can get towels, shampoo, etc. They shout at us and treated us like thiefs for this. Instead of calmly explaining that we had all of this in our rooms and this is just extra if needed.

Tweed Heads Vegas Motel|5/5 Excellent|Despite being located on a main road and me being a light sleeper I heard zero road noise. The rooms were absolutely amazing. My queen room had a really comfortable bed, lounge chair, smart TV, work desk for my laptop, wifi worked a treat, and lots of PowerPoints for the modern age. The bathroom was good as well and a generous serve of milk for breakfast. There’s a room where if you need extras it’s there for you. Check in was easy and despite it being automated there is staff on the premises. I met two staff members who done all they could to help me. I also managed to get a load of washing done. Easy walking distance to Tweed Mall. Well worth staying at. Stayed one night July 11 Room 24.

The room was uber clean and recently renovated.
The location was across the road from the Tweed Bowls Club.
The noise was negligible, best of all my motorcycle was secure .
Value for money I give it a five star.

What a great little motel! The manager is extremely friendly, it's a self-service motel too so you just use your key and go grab extra towels, tissues etc whenever you need.
Perfect location, pool doesn't have open and close hours (open all hours) and rooms are so nice! (We stayed up stairs)
Would 100% stay here again!

Nice big room, comfortable bed (try to bring your favourite pillow) and furniture, has been renovated. No front desk staff but they have a front office where you can get supplies for the room ,also has a small library. Close to amenities, 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Would stay here again.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable & therefore had issues sleeping on it, for the price it wasn't good enough!! The bathroom looked as if the hairdryer had been removed from the sockets too. The bar fridge was another "put off". The check-in process was harder than it should have been also - but given it was the festive season/other things people needing accommodation no wonder you end up at places contending with this!!
