I have been going to Kirsty for about a decade whether I've lived in Sydney, Canberra or at Tuross. She is brilliant! Listens to what I want and does an awesome job...often making it better suited to me than I thought possible! She also has a kind and respectful nature making it a pleasure to visit! Amazing Great local hairdresser who is highly skilled with all types of hair, particularly awesome with blonde hair . Highly recommend Kristy fabulous at cuts and colours. They also offer a beautician service which is excellent as well. ?

Adding 1 star is generous! The wrong colour was applied to my roots which of course did not match the rest of my long hair. I was very upset and devastated. They have admitted their mistake but have refused to refund my $80, ( no blow wave, no cut etc)? And refused to try and fix it?. I now wear a hat everywhere and will have to pay another hairdresser when it grows out to fix it? In a small town this is NOT a good business decision? A refund is the only fair and decent thing to do! Everyone I have spoken to is dumb founded about my treatment at Tuross Hair and Beauty?
