Doris, Malcolm Log Cabins No. 1 in Tumut. Very clean and comfy cabins, beautiful gardens, trees and River. Amazing B.B.Q. Area. Great location in the town next to the River and Parkland walk ways, also near the Dam, wild horses and the Snowy Valley. Was Great for our family get together

We stayed one night at Tumut Log Cabins. The property exceeded our expectations. The cabin was very comfortable, impeccably clean and roomy and had everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Communication with Doris and Malcolm was excellent as was the location. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean, comfortable and quiet cabins with a large and lovely tree lined lawn alongside a great bbq area in the heart of Tumut. From booking through to staying Doris and Malcolm have been terrific hosts, and a delight to chat with and learn about the area.
Tumut gets a big tick from our family!

I was in Tumut for work and fell in love with the “Fitzroy Apartment” at the Tumut Log Cabins. Doris and Malcolm we so friendly and great to deal with. |They have renovated the front of the house (next to the log cabins). It is spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. They durned on the heating before I arrived and I was very cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The shower is awesome and there is good heating and an electric blanket. It was perfect.

Needed accom on a last minute trip from Brisbane - Melbourne. Called and a room was held for me. |Owner Malcom met me at reception. |Gave me a run down of the town and places to visit for a beer & dinner. |The cabin exceeds anything I’ve stayed in before for the location, view and what it offered. |2 TV’s, a fully stocked kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and cooking utensils. Spare blankets and pillows. Beautiful scenery from the balcony, a new undercover bbq area, fire pit and laundry facilities.
